I think the worst visiting locker room i've been in was at Carthage.  We had very little or no heat either time and the showers were ice cold.  Not a fun way to celebrate after a win!!  :D ;)

By the by, IWU has placed locker rooms underneath the stadium for visitors that seem to be pretty nice.

Nah... that would be un-CardinalAlum like.

Besides isn't it an unwritten rule that if a poster from an opposing school opens themselves up for ridicule, it is manditory that they are mocked and made sport of?

When I was in college we'd dream of playing on grass.  It was concrete and tar and if we were lucky we'd have gravel to cushion the falls.

This reminded me that when I was a kid we used to play tackle football on bicycles.  You had to jump off your bike and knock the ball carrier off his/her bike.  You could use your bike to block somebody, but if you used your bike to knock the ball carrier's bike over it was an automatic touchdown.  Lots of blood, but never any serious injuries.  Unfortunately, bgbully is still tougher because we would play in a nearby athletic field.  :o

Very true, the visiting locker rooms were horrible and the home locker rooms were even worse until they built the TARC Center.  They have CARPET!  Can you imagine?  We didn't even have a locker room that could house the whole team. We had two separate locker rooms and the lockers were so small...How small where they??? They were so small that we could not fit our helmets or shoulder pads in them.  They were hung on a pipe above the locker.
REDMAN FB44 you don't how much better you had it.  We had to walk to school uphill both ways, in 10 feet of snow and no shoes!   ;D
HEY NORM, I LOST YOUR HAT! GO REDMEN!!!

I wanna try this.  Anyone else interested?  It could be the best crossover sport since polo.  I'm serious.

I'd start every play with one, but ultimately it would be knocked off when pounding a RB or QB.   :P

Not to rehash a debate that went on a month or so ago, but I was just perusing the OAC board...

QuoteAnd in a year where MUC brought in one of their largest freshmen classes ever (120+/-)...

I can't even imagine... 120 freshmen!!!  What do you have to share helmets?   :P
Let's see, freshmen with last names beginning with A-G practice on Tuesdays, H-P on Wednesday...  The logistics must be staggering - although they are probably used to it my now.

Very true my freshman year was the first year that the TARC was open so I guess I was a little spoiled. The facilities in the TARC at Carthage are amazing and now they are redoing the older part (basketball court) and hey maybe even the visitor's locker room  :D

I already did......two good....well one great and one good........Does not all of a sudden make the creme of the crop....yeah in 2004 they were credible.....last year descent.....this year not a chance

So basically, you dislike Carthage because they have been getting better and are mentioned as a better football team then Elmhurst? Whatever floats your boat I guess. Also try writing a complete sentance with one period not 32 next time. Yeah I counted them, I'm cool like that  :D
