Can someone explain to me how there can be a false start penalty before players have even gotten set??

Too bad a CCIW title game has to be played with the bozo crew in Bloomington today. They are awful. Horrible calls going against both teams.

Sounds like they just marked off the penalty 6 yards instead of 5. I sure hope this game doesn't come down to a controversial call by this crew.
