Just minding my P's and Q's as a young weedhopper.  Recall I earlier mentioned that I have a son playing at Wheaton.  I don't want to cross any boundaries for him or with the coaching staff.  So I only made a comment.

I also don't want to violate any HIPPA regulations or impune the chastity of the aforementioned individuals.  I therefore now move back under my rock and read with wide-eyed wonder the wit and wisdom of the board sages.  Thank you for allowing me to eat the crumbs at your table.

If you gave these pundits an enema you could bury what's left in a matchbox.

Keep spewing - that's what this board is about.

Jaybird, I didn't criticize anybody.  I just made a comment.  I sure didn't mean to rile everyone up.  Boy, you're a sensitive group.  Now that would be criticism.

You have to understand where Jbird is coming from. See, he used to be just like you. Making "observations" with no substance. Years of training has brought him to the place where he actually adds value to the board by making informed observations backed with facts and/or knowledge. It seems odd but there is deep rooted wisdom to the Sagerian process many of us have adopted here on the board. So when we come across a "young jbird" we seek reform through a combination of ridicule and encouragement.

Carthage Fan once said to me "Help me Obi Wan Usee, you're my only hope". And now, roughly 14 months later, look at the past 2 pages....Carthage fan is making posts about his team, adding value, and whoopin it up just like one of the regulars. Even New Tradition, a recently reformed Sagerist, is jumping on the wagon.

As for Mr. Ypsi, it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks.  :-\

Come on Orsky, you are a youngin, but there is a bright future for you here if you just stick to "the way".  ;)

BARF !!!

And, you can't teach a half-dead dog any tricks.  :o

I ignored this when first posted, but people now keep re-posting it.

I'm not sure why I got 'drug' into this, except perhaps that I am kicking your sorry butt in the pickems (but then, so is everyone else, so why me)? ;D

As the most outside of outsiders, I never give (or even hint at) insider information about anyone.  And my statements are either based on stated sources, questions (for which I have no info - that's why they're questions!), or totally off-the-wall statements or predictions (identified as such by various emoticons).

Unless told otherwise, I will assume this was a facetious jab, for which I thank you for even noticing me. :D  (Don't let my psychiatrist's diagnosis that I am a paranoid psychotic with homocidal tendencies bother you - he's just out to get me. :o)

I've seen this, but could find NOTHING about 2008 at NCAA.org.  I find it hard to believe that Kraig Ladd's 12 TDs in 3 games does not rank somewhere.  Anyone finding where CCIW Notes is finding their data?

sac

D3 stats on the NCAA's site are dependant on schools or conferences reporting the info

The D3 td leader is from Carthage, which suggests IWU didn't turn in their stats.

You can find all the stats here
http://web1.ncaa.org/mfb/mainpage.jsp?year=2008

you have to mess around a little to find the d3 stuff.  The FBS stats are the only ones I'm confident have all the data.

FWIW some guy from Michigan Tech has 12 TD's as well, so with the given info, 12 is leading all of NCAA.
