Keith McMillan and I have just booked two airline tickets to Portland for the Sept. 15 game between Hardin-Simmons and Linfield.

We figured you folks would like to know. :)

Pat....it will be great to have you and Keith come to the game. When will you be in town? If on Friday night I'm sure several of us would like to treat you guys to dinner and a few cool ones!

Pat Coleman

Thanks.

We're supposed to land at PDX at 8:40 PDT on Friday night. Out early Sunday morning.

By the way, five and a half hours in an airplane is NOT my cup of tea. You guys should be happy. :)

Pat,
Great News. You wont be sorry, even if the flight is 5 Hours.
I have a feeling it will be a trip to remember. The Linfield Hospitality is second to none.

Bluenote, sounds like we better plan on a Saturday night Dinner for the Guys,
Elk's for Prime Rib maybe?

Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

Great to hear that Pat & Keith are coming to the Catdome....that says to me that things are looking up for all of d3football when the experts finally discover life in the great northwest.....Hopefully, even I will be around Friday thru Sunday.....Maybe  we need to plan a special get together...
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Maybe we should make sure Pat & Keith go home with plenty of Linfield gear....

Thanks, though I don't think "finally discover" is correct. First of all, we'll be the third and fourth people from D3football.com to make the trip, and secondly, we know it's there. We just haven't been able to get there.

Until recently, Keith and I both started work at 2 p.m. ET on Sundays, making this kind of trip unfeasible.

Still haven't hooked my computer back up since we got into our new place and probably won't till next year so my son-in-law now has one. I'll change my e-mail address next time.

The wife has surprised me by decorating our guest bedroom, it is now Wildcat Country. I am also collecting stuff from all D3  schools in the country.
I now have a sweater from Gustdavis a banner from PLU and a Postcard as well as a magnate from Willamette. Soon as I get time I'll e-mail all SID's and hopefully get some goodies to fill the room.

If any of you Wildcats are needing a place to stay for the weekend you can contact me. this also includes any of you from the 'cats opponents who need a place when comming for a game.

Cris,
Hope you and the family can make it. I still feel rotten about that hamburger from Shari's.

Pat,
Any Suggestions on my collection?

Everyone please ignore my present e-mail address

Someone named Swede should probably have some North Park gear.

Pat and Keith

You picked September, the best football month of the year to visit the Pacific NW.  The weather is usually perfect football weather.  We are glad you are going to join us for this great game and we thoroughly hope you enjoy your stay and the game. It will take our best to win it.

Pat ...it sounds like Swede has a room for you and Keith to hang out in. Maybe it also has wifi as an added bonus.

Pat.....I'll be talking to our SID on Monday in case you need seats. I have 2 I can give you and I can find another seat somewhere (I hope)  ;D
