I thought about that idea myself...why stop with just a bowl....host an entire tournament opf say eight teams....invite anyone who is willing to pay their way...Or find a rich donor to sponsor the travel cost.

...other teams we could have invited would be Wartburg or Oxy. I think a tournament would be a little much but 1 Bowl Game would be pretty nice.

Agreed...I don't think anybody will challenge them this year.  I was talking more about some of the East fans piping up about the mount schedule and league and that they wouldn't walk through their region.  Although I guess if you get excited about scoring more points against them than anybody else all year, then I guess they had some success...

The East-is-weak deniers were fairly funny. I recall a certain Beast of the East's trip to your place.

BTW, Ralph Turner has done some nice work about the depth and balance in the West on the Daily Dose "triple Take." Sometimes you have to clear your cache/coolies before you can see the full  list of replies.
