I wouldn't get to cocky if I were you.....things may just not turn out the way you wish them to be. Whitworth vs. Linfield this year is Homecoming at Linfield. I can't recall the Cats ever losing a Homecoming Game in the last 50 years....if history has any bearing on the outcome!

RFB...go check with your coach and see if he wants to play Linfield. If not maybe, you should ask him why he's so scared? But wait, let's not just blame the coach...he probably asked the players if they wanted to play Linfield.... and they all turned white and nauseated with fear at the thought of it.

I believe he has a right to boast about squeaking out two wins- in a row. Their trophy case will never say fortune smiled on a decent team. The fact that the trophy case is puny is another matter...

Nice to see another Pirate on the board....should be an interesting one for the Bucs. Offense should score more points, but unfortunately the defense may take a few lumps because of sheer inexperience. Could be like the 2004 or 2005 teams. offense picks up the slack this year because the defense has been lights out the last two.

I can recall the 'cats losing a homecomming to the Lutes many a year ago when they were under the lights. It was on all hollws eve.
