Southern Oregon could be a tough game for the Cats this year as it is SOU's fifth game of the season and only the Cats second.  Good thing it's at the Catdome.

Someone ought to teach the SID at SOU how to spell.  In listing all the transfers to the program they have two transfers from Linfield.....problem is they spell it LINDFIELD!  The SID must have forgotten to look in the history books to see how many times they've played the CATS.

SOU's list of players looks like the retread section of Schwab.  Everyone has played here there and everywhere before landing at Raider camp.

Defense will be the answer for Linfield the coming season - lots of holes to fill.  O line and receivers will do just fine.  Kicking game iffy with only 1 inexperienced punter on the roster.  A couple of players could make a huge difference - the new QB, the transfer running back and the place kicker.  If they come thru it could be a great season.

Maybe I have the wrong bballdave but are you the same guy from another board that has called Linfield "the pussycats" and took multiple shots at Birkoffer saying 2006 at PLU was the luckiest day of his life and that he would fold under pressure before the SOU game this past year?

HS game Friday Oct. 31st Enumclaw(alma mater) at White River
Nov. 1st Whitworth at PLU
Nov. 2nd Eagles at Seahawks

Should be a hops and barley fueled weekend!!!!!

Yes GHC will be my official shirt salesman at home games this season.  We'll also be selling them on Catdomealumni.com.  I was just able to finalize the order yesterday so I hope to have them in the next week or two. 

BTW...there will be no "buy 2 shirts get 1 longie free" promotion.

I like the idea of playing wou later in the season. This year, with the auto-birth, you can attach the "meaningless" tag with a little more oooomph. Sure they get a load of hard games behind them, but so do the cats. Wou will probably have reached their crusing altitude of 5-7 personal fouls per game.

The sou game will fun.
