With no turnovers, I will only give Whitworth 7 points...but what will our offense do?
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Arrival at PDX- Friday morning, then straight to the Knob Hill grill for a a good-luck burger.  Saturday arrival at the catdome (est) 8:30am. Longie in hand as soon as possible.

Get to see the sad-sack rats and their brain surgeon fans, who will yell such innovative things as "you suck". I remember 2005 at the rat house when they get REALLY inventive and called the butcher gay. Wow.

I am excited to see all of you and get a break from stretch internet. I am also happy because I will get to see the cats win by 5-9 td's. (3-5 of which will be scored by the D)
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

Wow is right!  You are complaining about that.  Have you never been to a game at Linfield? (rhetorical) You know, the field where they put the biker gang folks on the visitor sideline to drop f-bombs and p-words (syn. for Cat by the way) - just to name a couple - all day long?  Kinda makes the conference's sportsmanship PA announcement into a joke.

My affiliation with an outlaw biker gang generally plays a very small roll in my behavior on saturday's. Not to argue with someone from eastern washington (the region where 'deal or no deal' gets no ratings as it is deemed "too complicated" by most residents), but the entire student section was chanting these things at BE. The next time I hear the crowd at Linfield chanting the F word will be the first.

I always watch my language, as children are usually around, and I hope you know this is all in good fun. You rats can be so sensitive! Come by the tailgate before the game if you want- we can have a few beers and talk game stuff before all of the name calling begins in earnest. I will wish the rats good luck, but I would never wish willamette anything but on-field tragedy.

I think the only bikers attending a Linfield game are wine tasting hipsters.....who played kickball when they were younger.

86 - Of course its all in fun.  And of course the entire grandstand at the Catdome wont be chanting the F-word, because the students are all out in the endzone on their couches  ;).

Just thought it a little ironic that a Linfield fan would bring up what gets yelled during a football game.   ::)

Alas, I cannot make the game in person this year.  I've been to the Catdome twice as a visiting spectator - ten years ago during a surprisingly exciting 10-7 defensive struggle and in 2001 for the "punt return" game.

Thanks for the invitation, though.

Totally mixing up your crowds there, Mcat.

Hipsters ride fixed-gear bikes without helmets around downtown Portland, still play kickball, drink Pabst to be cool, and very few have ever heard of McMinnville.

The Cycle Oregon folks ride their $3k Cannondales towards McMinnville on the weekend, taste wine along the way (in Spandex), and use the verb 'antiquing'.

Easy there Conehead, those are my faithful tailgate buddies.  They may look rough, but they are simply friends of the program, harmless.  As for what they drive  Lets see  One brings his 40 ft motorcoach ( he ownes a local business) Another Drives a Benz like mine but never, let me repeat myself never have I seen anything on 2 wheels show up except the BBQ,
So take your biker stuff and take a walk, junior.

GH - Never had a problem with what those gentlemen drive.  Just giving a basic visual description.

And based on your usually warm and friendly presence on this board, never would've expected an invitation anyway...

I strongly object to anybody in the CatDome yelling the F Bomb. That's very weak....not even to mention that there are probably kids around.

As far as the PineCones yelling the bigot thing...they are idiots also. Sounds a lot like the students at George Fox who were out of it. Small minds.....
