SJU scores a TD on the "diamond play". We all know it, as the announcer said, it was taken from plu. The receivers all group to the strong side in a diamond shape, the receiver broke it for a long one.
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

21-3 John's with 4minutes left in the half.

Their offense is shreading St Olaf. They sound like a not as good Linfile out there.

Hey, anyone know why there's a difference of opinion between the Linfield home page and the Pioneer Sports & Radio site?  Linfield says the game starts at 12:30 and Pioneer says it's at 1:00.

Anyone know when, exactly, the game really does start???

???

According to this mornings Heisman vote, Brett Elliot is only 1,222 votes behind Reggie.  Since today is Game Day invite all those who haven't voted to cast their ballot for BE.  Hopefully Darrel & Dave will pass the website to vote along several times during the broadcast.....remember according to the rules we can vote once per week until mid December.
Website voting address again:

Go Brett--Lets Catch Reggie!
At last year's award banquet Mayor Gormley said something like how proud the community was of the cats. Lets e-mail Topcat1 since he is on the City council and have him suggest ways for the community to give Brett more exposure.

Also, with all the reader boards around including the electronic ones like first federal. Why not have a Elliott for Heisman campaign. Think it wise to put the proper e-mail for the ballot.

No more home games left on the regular schedule but why not put some flyers together for the Alum vs. JV game. We could also put them is stores with a nice picture. Hand 'em out at the Bearcats game. At least the first playoff game we could stick a flyer in with the programs

Bluenote
What ya think on flyers.  You be willing to help out?

Tuxguy
You have a reader board and I would imagine your a member of the chamber of commerce. You could spread the word to other businesss men around town.

Topcat1
I know you have some contacts.

The D&D show can put in some plugs

We could ask SID's at other D3 schools to push the Elliott vote.  They may hate anything to do with Linfield but this is a vote for Division III as much as Brett.

1159 votes for Brett so far. The crowd for the UPS game was app. 5000. A number of the votes came from other people on post patterns so whats up.

Time to tune to the D&D show.

Yeah, the only people who seem to know it started at 12:30 are the teams. DandD just said they were surprised by the start time.

Here we go, after rain last night the weather is said to be bootyful.

Menlo receives the opening kickoff, and they have achieved the initial first down.
Cam Rogers, Garrett Wales, Scott Laswell, Dwight D, Jared Thomas all not playing. I wonder if Wales was practicing with his Dad too much???
