You actually think the NCAA made a good choice to leave NWC Champ at home and put 3 Empire 8 teams in the playoffs.....

In all seriousness, I realize what it must have felt like seeing your champ not making the field last year.  But, at the end of the day, would it have made any difference?  I'm guessing you guys were/are upset just on principle alone, am I right?  Or do you believe Whitworth could've run the table all the way to (eastcoast) Salem?  Eventually, they would've stumbled (  :-\ ) in Alliance before getting there.

Does anybody know what a Millsap is?

I'm not quite sure, but I darn near step in it the other day.

Okay I've installed the HumorSense 95 beta 2.1 or aka HS 95

Webster's version of HS 95
Millsap (n.) A a featherless WarHawk who works in a mill.  This species is usually found in the Whitewater region of Wisconsin...a general laborer with little or no intelligence who throws grist and bad posts in a mill, therefore resulting in a low grade of sap....bottom of the barrel type:)  not  useful for resale value....and therefore is known as a bobo or bubu grade...not be be confused with D3 poster Bobo.

All in good fun....thank you HS 95 distributor....I hope your multilevel marketing plan is working....How many points do I get for installing your product?

With all this + or - k flying around I think PC needs to find a way to upgrade his whole Karma system and turn it into a money maker...maybe he should have a coin op type karma vending machine where we put in our credit card number and get extra karma to share around the board....:)

Reuben Millsaps was a civil war Major in the Confederate army. Wounded twice.  Hence, the Millsaps Majors.

After the war he succeeded in business and anted up money for the creation of a Christian college.
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

How about a frontpage survey asking:
Who would pay for extra karma to give out on this board?

wiki says...
Reuben Webster Millsaps was born on May 30, 1833 in Pleasant Valley in Copiah County, Mississippi, United States. He was born into a farming family as the second child of nine. Millsaps went to Indiana Asbury College (now DePauw University) and also attended Harvard University Law School where he got a law degree. He fought in the Civil War as a soldier in the Confederate States Army and was wounded twice during the war. He attained the military rank of Major. After returning from the war he pursued a successful career in business and finance. He was a President of Capital State Bank in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1890 Major Millsaps donated US$50,000 -- a donation that was matched by contributions by Mississippi Methodists -- for the creation of "a Christian college within the borders of our state." The college is now known as Millsaps College and is located in Jackson, Mississippi. Major Millsaps devoted the rest of his life to the building and running of the college. Millsaps died on June 30, 1916.

When I was in highschool many years ago I was praticing my drop kicks....never could convince anyone to let me try it in a game....Question...when a drop kick is attempted...when dropped, does the ball have to touch the ground before being kicked?  Also, in theory, the drop kick can occur at anytime as long as it occurs behind the line of scrimmage...correct?

What some of you UWW fans don't seem to get is the following:

You're playing the NWC Champ...not a CoChamp...not a good pool B or C team....

Is this the same NWC who's mighty champion last year didn't make the playoffs?  Oops, sorry, maybe I shouldn't have opened up old wounds....   ;D

Are you kidding me?? ???
Do you think 24 or more of the teams think they will make it to Salem??
BoBo Give me a break!! :o
Any team if they get in has a chance, and Whitworth deserved a chance that's all.
If you don't get in you have no chance at all.
That's the point.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE.
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!
