tooth....do you think Oxy will be able to win the SCIAC next year? I saw Oxy play at Willamette this year and I was pretty impressed with several of their drives. They looked good but just didn't have the overall firepower to beat Willamette. A lot of good athletes though in the mix. The big QB could really pass it and was actually pretty hard to take down. Several good receivers and a very good running back. Defense looked pretty good too. Should be a great game vs Linfield.

Bluenote:

Good question re Oxy's ability to take conference.  We get a lot of great players back, but I think that a lot will depend on the recruiting class.  We'll have to see who gets admitted, then who actually shows up and stays.  Huge question mark at the QB slot, and the defensive secondary needs to step up as well.  The O-line sees the departure of the great Sam Emerson . . . so in answer to your question . . . don't have a clue . . . looking forward to seeing how things develop.

I agree with that...... but it is kind of hard to measure isn't it?    :D

Oh puleeze! Best we leave out the serenades and the pinning ceremonies.

Got a chuckle out of this, as a proud member of Gamma Delta Iota.

[In case that is not currently understood (I was class of 1970 on a fraternity/sorority dominated campus), that's G** D***** Independents. :D]

While not recognized by the administration my roommates and I were in I Tappa Kegga.  I tried to pledge Grabba Phine Thi but they wouldn't have me.  :(

WC11,

That wasn't just a clip -- it was a production. The opening shots of the players, the locker room, the intensity building, the music building, the game clips. Awesome

Hey guys, UWW just announced their 2009 schedule.  It lists a game on Sept. 26th with the University of Pacific (Wash) @ UWW.  Do they have a team?  I thought it should be against UPS, a return game to Whitewater's game out there last year.  Anybody know?  Thx.

WC 11,

Thank you very much.....what a great production!  The 'intensity' and  pride of the players truly  came thru  in the video.

Probably a typo.....I'd assume they mean University of Puget Sound.

coco

That's gotta be it. Confusing typo, though, considering that there are Pacific University in Forest Grove and University of the Pacific in Stockton.

I feel sorry for UPS next Sept. 26.....

That's right Kinder, Gentler coco, you are a balanced person and since you never felt sorry for the Loggers coming in your 'Catdome, let's feel sorry for them this year. I'm with you.
