Not sure which year it was, 2004 or 2005 when your boys came up north to the frozen tundra of the N.W. The Temp was like in the 50"s and on the Oxy sidelines were  big fan heaters.  04'  the score was 56-27 and 05' 63-21. I'm not sure if you were at either of those games, but the heaters have been a topic we love to remember.

I was at both games, but all I remember is Brett Elliott to George Carter, and Brett Elliott to Casey Allen, over and over and over.

Coach Smith after an 0-2 start to the 2009 season:

"The Butcher is not walking through that door, fans. George Carter is not walking through that door, and Casey Allen is not walking through that door. And if you expect them to walk through that door, they're going to be gray and old. What we are is young, exciting, hard-working, and we're going to improve. People don't realize that, and as soon as they realize those three guys are not coming through that door, the better this town will be for all of us because there are young guys in that (locker) room playing their asses off. "

RFB,

That was much funnier the first time you busted out that take over a year ago.  It's ok to mix in some originality.

You should provide your relatives with that advice. :)

PC,

When someone pays for my education then they can recycle all of the material they want!  Besides who gets tired of "Phone it in!"? :)

Cant wait for the Catdome to get a rockin tomorrow!!!  Had my first HS game vs McKay last week and I couldn't help my mind wondering off during the national anthem to the good ol' days watching the stars and stripes waving in the breeze against the field house back drop.  I still get goose bumps every time I here it.

Lop the head off boys!!!!
Do you know what a JAIL BREAK is?

RFB

It's different. I included David Russell on my first post.

I'm all for the "O" side...you betcha...that's where our equation gets higher numbers in the right place.
Let's not forget our brethren on the "X" side though...these unsung lads need all the luv we got to give em to keep the other side of the equation low.
