We need some more Willamette fans in here to make this week more fun.  I hope everyone is getting ready for some fun down at Catdome South.  Have a Buttface for me at the Ram.  I'll be stuck in Cali and forced to watch a SCIAC game!  There is something wrong with it being 75 degrees at a November football game.

rockcat...it's something to do on a 3 day weekend, go to Claremont Mudd/OXY game. Send me an e-mail if any of you SoCal WILDCAT fans are bored.
It will not be much of a game (well, you COULD go hoping to see an important injury like some NASCAR watchers do) but there is a sidelight in that the CMS coach played in the NWC, Rick Candaele (College of Idaho '68).
Problem is it would keep one away from the computer link to the LINFIELD game, wouldn't it?

I've heard Willamette has a few lights out at the stadium...that they aren't going to replace for the game to try and be more deceptive and sneaky. Plus they are letting the turf grow a couple inches to try and slow down the Wildcats...    I've just heard rumors...nothing solid.

Anybody heard anything about a donation to the athletic dept just recently?  ..maybe CatDome Phase II is beginning to be a reality???

...I've seen several of the teams from that league this year. I think Linfield  would beat most of them but I'm not sure about Central Washington. They are pretty good. But it wouldn't be a blowout either way vs. Central. 

Well...we've had 2 weeks to get ready for the Bearcats...we're going to be just itching to get out on the field. I think our defense is really going to be fired up for this game. There is no way Willamette will stop our offense....so I look for a big defensive effort by the Wildcats! We will show them the best they have seen all year on either sides of the ball.

I know we are coming up on the playoffs and shouldn't be too interested in individual statistics, but someone is coming up on 100 TD passes in the last two years. I think he is at 91, so Elliott will probably reach 100 by week 2 of the playoffs. Just wondering if anyone else noticed?

Talked to my boy this weekend and he said that the snoz looked pretty gruesome. Wildcats might be able to use it as a recruiting promotion. Sort of an UNCLE SAM WANTS YOU poster with picture of D coordinator. Linfield defense, Ugly at times but gets the job done. Imagine what the other guy felt on impact.
We are going to the Northwest this weekend. Glad to see this game for the conference championship. Don't think we will be enjoying the same kind of weather as here.
