Mrs. OldCat and I have carefully planned our breakout later today from the Old Folks Home and have already stashed our backpacks off the campus. We oiled the wheels on our walkers and installed new (old) tennis balls.  Will rush (slowly) to the bus station here in Phoenix and be on our way to the CatDome. Mrs. OldCat has packed a great food and snack bag for the trip. Hope to arrive in time for the BWC festivities before the game. 

Expect to see you all there and enjoy a great homecoming game!!

coco, not a good start for me, missed my 7 am flight out of Long Beach on Jet Blue. Infrequent flyer that I am I learned when your flight is originating they really do close the gate 30 minutes early and taxi out. They are late and keep YOU waiting...aah, that's business.

I remember my older sister coming home from college on a break with a totally cool 'Buck the Froncos' t-shirt (Univ. of Idaho vs. Boise State).  Of course that was in the 80's and anything like that is pretty funny to a middle schooler.

Thursday night. Just got back from Sparks Nev. Had a meeting there today. Need to rest up for Friday drive to the Cat Dome. Hope to be in around 6pm. Allready tasting that double cheese w/fries. And a cold beer to wash it down.

Have a great time on Saturday, Linfield fans.  Mrs. Warthog and I will be thinking of you as we watch Wartburg and Coe determine which one continues as an undefeated team.  You'll probably be having your first bowls of chili, pulled beef sandwiches, and adult beverages (cleverly hidden in a red plastic glass) about the same time as kickoff out here in the corn fields.   Best of luck and GO WILDCATS!

Thanks Monrovia...that line was worth about $1200 worth of class printed on T-Shirts while I was in school.  Thought I had hit the jackpot as a poor college student.  Unfortunately or fortunately, however you look at it, pretty sure that cash was spent on Hamms or Keystone Light...WC11 and GHC could attest to that.
