Hell DB...that looks straight up balmy compared to what we have facing us today in Oregon.  Cats will welcome that forecast.

It's pretty nice out right now...but the icy rain and wind that have been in the forecast and are projected over the next couple of days aren't that much fun.

As long as the wind doesn't blow...the 20's are not that cold.  Numerous thin layers will do...felt of any kind is the absolute best...I would suggest Hobby Lobby for felt.....Felt can be found in 1/4 thickness or less....arts and crafts people use it to make slippers, purses, hats.....it might be hard to find...but it would be worth it's weight in gold with a little creative use.  Keeping your head warm is really important because that's where you lose most of your body heat.  If I remember right the guys weren't bothered much by the cold at UWW in similar conditions....and at this time of year a warm weather front could easily move in unexpectedly.   Even with all the new technology, weather is still very unpredictable.  The technology can only show what is happening at the moment....and by using historical models they have a good idea what the probability is....but in reality...Saturday at UST could be sunny and 45 degree F.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Oh, here's a biggie....don't shave at all....it will help keep your face warm.....guaranteed.

This... is a simple game. You throw the ball. You hit the ball. You catch the ball.  "There are three types of baseball players: those who make things happen, those who watch it happen, and those who wonder what happened."

Well, they look toasty warm.

You folks out there don't have lids on your stadiums either, do you? Why is that a western thing? The rain, I guess.

Yeah, Fritz Waldvogel. That's the kid's name. Heck of a receiver, but my money is on the Cats' D.

LOL, I had never seen that prior to visiting PLU in 2000.  I can't think of any college stadium like that in MN

Mount Union had that type of lid over the home seating in '93-before then I had never seen anything like that at a football stadium.

I haven't had the chance to congratulate Linfield on a great game. Completely dominated on offense and defense... especially up front. Quarterback had a great game as expected. Good luck the rest of the way. I am a Linfield fan again and hope you win it all. Truly believe you are the team that can knock out UWW and Mount Union.
