Linfield gets homefield throughout the playoffs. Money talks again for the NCAA. 5 undefeated teams in the West, the #6 team in the country coming to the Catdome. I will NEVER EVER put any trust in the NCAA selection committee again.

Then where is Cal Lutheran?  The D3 playoffs are almost as much of a joke as the BCS system.

The way this Selection Committee works you evidently have to be undefeated, in the Top 10, from the West and then MAYBE they'll give you a spot in the playoffs.

My sympathies to the fans of Cal Lutheran and OXY you really deserved better than what you received (nothing for the CL fans).

Well, it sucks for the SCIAC.  But, the CLu win streak will survive another year.  Best of luck to everyone in the true west (iowa, MN, WI, and Illinois don't count as west).  Hopefully it will be a good game next week between Oxy and the Cats.

I think that it is obvious that Linfiled will win, but I would at least like it to be close.

So Pat, in your estimation, was CLU the last team left out?

Well...what can I say.  This pairing sucks for both teams, I think.  It would have been nice for us to meet in the later rounds, but not the first.  Undefeated this year...and we get the #1 team...well...Good luck and we'll play hard, I'm sure.
