Just wanted to say sorry for billybaroo's post.  He is obviously a newbie and doesn't know better yet.  Looks like once again we both have our work cut out for us.  I would love to see you guys again in the semi's but we both have some teams to take care of first. 

It also looks like we are going the same route again.  You guys at home every week and us being road warriors all the way.      (Although it did work out pretty well last year. )

For those bemoaning the two-loss teams getting in and Cal Lu sitting home, Cal Lutheran had the second-worst QOW of any of the teams we looked at for Pool C. You gotta go out and show something -- just beating all the bad teams and losing to one good team isn't enough.

I don't think Hardin-Simmons deserved to go after the upset yesterday. They were a different team once their starting QB got hurt and it was only a matter of time before it came back to haunt them.

It's my opinion that the d3 playoffs are about to see what could be the best ever Wildcat football team...so bring em on.

Congrats Cats on yet another NWC Championship.  Now for the best part of the season.  everyone knows to be the best you must beat the best, so bring em on.  As for me I dont care who comes to the Catdome, or in what order.  My early call is a +28 over Oxy.  the Linfield Salty D is the Difference here.  These boys can flat out play.
  Finally I want to again give props to the Wildcat special teams, especially kickoff, what a rush watching you distroy the wedge.  I almost felt sorry for the Lizcats, Nottttttttttttttttttttttttt

roocru....thanks for the perspective.  I enjoyed meeting the UMHB people last year at the Stagg Bowl....best of luck in whatever happens.

With all the angst about Cal Lutheran missing the playoffs, I hope this serves as a lesson to the SCIAC's who have been avoiding Linfield (and Willamette) in non conference games.   Toughen up your schedules.
