OC Cat-

That was classic...

Locey's thoughts--"Hmm..that scheme is interesting.  Ooops, incomplete...you think we should try that again?  Oh that is better, to the house for 7."

Cats in a romp boys.

Bubs,

I think that even the Lynchmob might have been able to drop a TD vs. that scheme last year!  BTW, do you still have one of those I.M. football champ T-shirts?

WC11-

I think my wife threw them out...after 10 years they had a few holes.  I would have put money on the Lynchmob to get at least one score on that scheme...that lyncmob team was pretty stacked.

Nothing like a bunch of redshirt freshmen playing full contact flag football.  Advantage:  OX

I think Buzz Stroud played for Larsell.

Buzz played for Theta Chi.  Thats where all of the studs played

Plenty of Linfield Wildcats here:
http://www.nwcsports.com/sports/Football/All-NWC.htm

It's a little 'feel-good' and 'political' as two RB's, two QB's, five WR's, a slot, and a TE were all named 'first' team. That's 11 players before any linemen are counted!

D O.C.

dtrain...thank-you for the lead to the NWC team.
You are an honorary member of the play-off festivities, if you choose.
(what do you mean you'll crash'em if you feel like it?)

My post about LINFIELD kicking it up a notch in the last five years and the rest of the conference going the other way can be best illustrated by copying your provided list, highlighting the LINFIELD players in purple and gloating.

Does not mean a thing unless every home game is won here on out though, eh?

Thanks for the invite, DenS. I've got Dec. 3rd blocked off on my schedule to catch a barnburner in McMinnville. But don't let me get you guys thinking too far ahead... Saturday should be enough of a challenge for now.

Foss

Yeah, really. 6 running backs selected overall when there are only 5 teams (without L&C)? Doesn't that mean every team's starting running back will automatically make the list, plus one more? This isn't a knock on any of the players, but maybe they need to reevaluate how many players they select for some of these positions in a 5 (or 6) team conference.
A packed student section behind an end zone cheering on guys they will actually see in class on Monday is almost as cool as The Streak.

D O.C.

dtrain...I'm laying it out there on December 3rd too.
Do not want to seem arrogant (tee-hee) but I cannot shake free until then.

One game at time.

DEFENSE!

Congrats to the guys who got the honors, though, and it's pretty cool that Hazenberg was named to both First Teams.
Two words:  THE STREAK

Dens, Dec. 3 in Mac is on my schedule. I will be driving. Anyone along the way want a ride?
Get it done, one game at a time. Leave No Doubt.

Why didn't anybody from L&C make the All-Conference team? ;)
