Understood Pat, it has been discussed before.
Their percentage cannot be wanting for every 60,000 plus game.
I don't believe basketball revenues are earmarked for only basketball or any one division.

They are. Division III gets 3.18% of the NCAA's budget. (Division II gets 4.37%.)

Thanks, that says it all.

First:  Great job in getting the win yesterday cats!
two: did not sound (couldn't get Rat video grrr) like a clean or well played game.  that will not get us far.
three: Great half time adjustments and coming out in the 3rd quarter.

So some BIG positives to take out of this game and a lot of area for improvement.  Put it together for the Pios!

CLU, Redlands, L & C all have great video and student-run broadcasts. Clear and crisp- also free. Can't we do the same with Dave on audio?

BTW- happy to fork over my $12 if it helps the 'Cats in some way.

Hopefully yesterday was a 'wake up call' for the Cats.  Lewis & Clark will come to the Catdome with one objective to beat the Cats and earn a trip to the Playoffs while the Cats will stay home if the NCAA does there usual.  All the marbles will be on the table next Saturday.  If the Cats don't play any better than they did yesterday the Pios will be the ones making the playoff run.
If the Cats are to win they need to figure out a way to stop Welch.....stats yesterday shows he ran for over 100 yards and passed for over 300.  The Bearkitties are a very good team as we all know and yet those kind of stats by Welch are very impressive.

No kidding.   That guy (Welch) is like a spider.  At one point, I thought he was sacked and he wiggled free and ran the ball for more than a 1st down.   The guy is very fast & slippery.  Our defense finally figured it out & more importantly, our Offense showed up!   L&C is definitely an improved team.   Apparently WU is still better.   Go Bearcats!

JUST reminiscing on a stormy SoCal day that the difference between LINFIELD at St. Thomas last year was a LINFIELD fumble lost near the end zone in a double OT game.

Hey DC1
Insider information says that the Cats put 50 up in the first half.

I watched some video of the Bearkitties and the Pios, late in their game, even the Pio announcer commented on how the WU 3s and 4s were able to move the ball at will against the pio's #1s.

This has all of the makings of the Cats putting up the same O numbers that they did against UPS.  Early and often boys, foot on the gas at the Catdome.

The big plus from last weekend as I see it, is even though the Cats left their A game on the bus they put it together in the second half and got the W.

Non championship teams faced with that kind of day would fold up and head for home.  Our boys will be fine,

Yes we did but Linfield is the best Purple! But on the Road they should wear the all white outfits! (with purple and red accents!) They seem to play tougher anyway IMHO!

As far as I'm concerned, it's playoff time... any loss hereafter and the party's over. With that in mind, the CATS will do just fine against the Pios. It's what we old Cats most revere; say Good Night Martha. Boolah! GO CATS!!!

Impressive stats by Welch, but the pios STILL lost.  I expect our Wildcats will come ready to play and deliver a solid win over the guys from L&C. As we all know the only stat that matters is the final score. I'll be giving up the $12.00 to watch this one. GO 'CATS!
Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!
