The d3 #1 & 2 teams playing in proximity at different times.
Fans going to make both games.

Is any official from d3football.com going to be at both?

Nope. I'll be at PLU-Eau Claire. Besides, that would be a lot of travel time to see two blowouts, even if it is the top two teams doing the blowing out.

Point taken.
Won't need much time reviewing them then either.

My Mother, AKA Tuxguys Mom , is a Case Western Alum, It was an all woman's School back in the day.

Well, let it be known that she will be at my house watching the game dressed in her normal game day PURPLE and cheering for the Wildcats!

OldCatProf,DC1 and all the other Cat faithful back in Cleveland enjoy the game! We'll be looking for you! :o

Go Cats!
Leave no doubt!!
One game at a time!!!
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

Partially correct.  Western Reserve University included Mather College for Women and Adelbert College for Men, but classes were co-ed.  Meanwhile, Case Institute of Technology was mostly male.

What year did your mother graduate?

Found myself seated on a flight to Texas today in the middle of 72 Willamette Beatcats. (Yes I was on my way to Cleveland...don't ask.) Unfortunately I was wearing a Linfield shirt so was unable to remain anonymous. Lot's of good-natured ribbing back and forth. It turned out I was sitting next to the defensive backs coach and the head coach. Both interesting guys...had some really good discussions about D3, recruiting processes and strategies and the NWC. One of the most interesting plane flights I've ever been on.

We wished each other good luck for the rest of the season EXCEPT for one weekend. ;D

That is funny!!

Lets just skip the schedule and have us a Stagg Bowl preview game....Oh no I can't do that 'cause the Raiders aren't any good this year. ;)

I can only wish!!  After being in Division III this long, I am wondering if we Wildcats will ever meet the vaunted and mighty Mount Union???

I would love to see a home and hone series, but I know that is highly unlikely.

PC....when is your birthday?

Come to McMinnville next weekend and I'll give you a large, sports size umbrella.

d3mafan,

For clarification, I was speaking of the PLU win over Eau Claire.  But yes, a win is a win.

The Linfield guys on the board are talking of next weeks game vs PLU being a good one.  Granted, scores are not everything but the way the season has started, as a Lute fan I'm concerned that Linfield is extremely good and my alma mater may not be up to the task.  I know we've improved the last few years and I'm hoping we are up to the task.
