It seems like the Cats keeping winning in subtle and sundry ways...the score sort of just sneaks up on you and suddenly it's 51-14 or something like that.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

agree! There seems to be vast room for improvement, even in a blowout. Mostly on the offensive side in my view... Runs for loss, dropped passes. The line on Hill in the Witworth game after the first scoring drive was something like -12 yards and a TD.

Hill would probably like more playing time. We haven't thrown to him that I remember.
TEAM
The defensive line will keep working to recover a lost ball. I don't remember one of those.
Entertaining they are!

Is there going to be a brother-against-brother competition this weekend in the Willamette--Linfield game? Bearcat senior CB Tyson Giza (Sprague HS) is a key part of the Willamette defense.  Linfield also has a Giza on defense--junior "M" Jordan Giza, also from Sprague HS,  who has substantial playing time off the bench.  Coincidence?  Related?  If so, which side of field will their parents/family be cheering for?

The Giza's are brothers and the family has made shirts that both feature Linfield and Willamette.   While Tyson is Willamette's kick return wizard, Jordan is one of the 'Cats best kick cover players.  There could very well be a brother-on-brother collision on Saturday.

Yeah, And I would guess little brother has been looking forward to the oppotunity to lay a hit on big bro.

Wonder if they've run a few face-to-face sprints to see who's faster?  ;)
