Mary Hardin-Baylor has won eight or more games in each of the last 14 seasons. So you can add them to your list, too. Make it three others.
I just saw that MHB went 4 and 6 in 1999.

In looking at the playoff bracket I could not help but see Rowan on there and almost salivate.  Wouldn't it be something were we to have Rowan II in the playoffs this year.  If it were to happen my guess is if given their druthers they'd druther play Mt. Union.  :P

Camcat,  if you count 2000 to 2014, it is 14 years. ;)  This is the sixteenth year they have been playing football and they were 3-7 and 4-6 in their first two years.  They played you guys in the Stagg Bowl in their seventh year of competition.
Anything that you ardently desire, vividly imagine, totally believe and enthusiastically pursue will inevitably come to pass !!!

"Don't matter if it's by 1 or by 20...just want to see a Wildcat win tomorrow!  CATDOME!!!!!"

"CATDOME! (but i'd prefer a big win...ya know for our nerves and hearts and whatnot)."

Wildcat11 is still a young pup (Cat)....He hasn't been exposed to all of life's battle scars like some of us ole timers...he still likes those heart stoppers....thinks it's a thrill....I bet he's still riding those centrifical force carnival rides....my body couldn't handle those ages ago..... ::) ::) ::)
lol 11 and I are the same age :p
Go Cats!

criswyly

Okay, Okay....I mean he's lead a sheltered life...LOL  :o :o :o

The final PLU/CAT game score was true to the trend I mentioned in a previous post. The CATS double up on the Lutes, 42-21.
Go CATS!

I noticed that too...but last years playoff game was 24-27 Linfield....so throw all those stats out the window.

To play in the Stagg Bowl in the 7th year of their program is absolutely amazing.  We were lucky to come out of that one alive. With all our high powered offense it was the defense that sealed the game for us. To be 3 an 7 and 4and 6 your first two seasons is incredible.  You guys have been a perennial powerhouse year in and year out since.

Agreed

Wildcat'64

Both NWC teams would have definitely advanced had the pairings been different.  PLU is definitely a Sweet Sixteen team, they unfortunately just got matched up with the Cats in the first round.

Good game, Lutes.    You just met a buzzsaw.

PLU would have beaten those teams that the WIAC and MIAC beat yesterday.   Yes, we got a big jump on you in the first half.   But like so many PLU games, you do not give up!

That Sontra kid was so tough!   Reminded me of Casey Allen.

Great game yesterday Wildcats!

One West region team down, now let's beat a South region team!   Onward to Salem, VA.

Way to go Cats and bring home the win yesterday......perhaps a little Catnaping in the 3rd quarter but after working so hard in the first half that's OK....the end result is all that counts in the end.....On to the 'Elite 8' on Saturday.

I think about 85% of the field would have beaten the teams UWP, UWW and Bethel beat yesterday. Just sayin' I do generally feel for PLU and the constant West Coast match ups
