anyone see a schedule for the Lutes next year yet?

I'm 95% sure we've got CLU again...and then 7 conference games.  So there is really only one game in question (won't be Redlands).  Doubt we'll play 10.

Mostly I wanted to see who we schedule for Homecoming.   30 years for me and I've only been to one game since graduating so I was thinking of making the trip south.

CLU has their schedule up and we are on it on Sept 13th.  Couldn't find our schedule yet but the University website lists the weekend of Oct. 4th as Homecoming and the Linfield schedule says at PLU so I get my wish, to see the Lutes play a quality opponent.  I'm going to really try to make it down there next fall.

Just wish they would quit moving the fans farther and farther back. I remember the days when you were standing feet from the playing field. And get the students back in the end zone, make the home field a real advantage . Let the kids be kids. I think we are way to polite to the visiting teams, especially during the play offs, it's almost a neutral field, from the announcers to the jumbo tron. Just my thoughts on making our venue even better and louder!

I understand the rules are really tight during the playoffs but the fan in me is not going to disagree with you about pushing the fans further away from the field.

A good source has another McMinnville speedster is transferring to become a Cat in time for spring ball!
Ironically, the only people still scared of this virus, are the vaccinated.

I hope it's a clone of Spence Payne....but I don't think that's what you're talking about  :-\
Go Cats!

Is Charlie Poppen coming back next season?

I see that Steven Schultz is listed as a Sr/Jr... If that is true I hope he comes back next fall... My feeling is that guys who stop playing with eligibility left end up really wishing they had stayed and found a way to play... A guy can always work but the window for playing competitive sports is so short I hate to see the real world not delayed for one last season...

Here is hoping the cats find a way to have Payne and Blake in the backfield at the same time...

WWW,

Poppen and Schultz will both be back next season.  Great news for the offense.

That is the word, Kane wasn't that impressed with the WOU coaching staff. Our track coach is going to love this kid also!!

What position does Kane play?

A receiver at MHS, Add a lot speed to Brad McKechnie and I think you have his style.
