I see that Willamette is now ranked 25. I'm wondering if both Willamette and Linfield win out....Linfield would have the auto bid, but does anyone think Willamette may get a Pool C bid? If so I'm wondering if Linfield would be hosting or traveling to Willamette in Round 1...... in that case?
no--but if they did would it really matter where they played?
Go Cats!

There is no way a 2 loss NWC team would ever get a pool C bid    Leave no doubt.

Need to add no way a pool c would host a conference winner. Pool c is just glad to be invited to the BBQ

That's not right---there have been weaker conference champs that have been sent on the road to play at a pool C school in the first round....one example---last year Concordia Wisconsin won the NACC and got to go to UW-Platteville (WIAC runner up) in round 1.  Rereading your posts though, I'm wondering if you meant there is no way a pool C team would host their own conference champ?
Go Cats!

Um, PLU in 2012. But they were 8-1 about two years earlier and were left out.

I know this was said already but just to reiterate: This is not true at all. Pool C teams host all the time.

I'd like to see a rematch with Willamette in the playoffs but can't see it happening.

ADvantage 'Catdome: Willamette halts Linfield in their tracks in 31-28 upset victory.
Welll said 11 I  hope I dont have to roll into a fetal position and nurse my bottle of bud again the rest of the season. One would hope the Cats wont take anyone else for granted.

I just dont think a NWC team with 2 conference losses gets a bid. Heck you said it 8-1 didnt get a bid.

Watched most of the game on the webcast and totally agree with Wildcat11.  Quite honestly.....if the Cats can get beat like that then they needed to lose to teach them a lesson.  I certainly believe the Cats are the better team, but obviously they didn't play like it.  One thing is for sure, this loss makes the next two games much more interesting.....And yes, I think the Cats will be roaring to go.  Even an Alabama can lose a tilt and come back and win the whole enchilada, which I believe this team has the skills to do.....BUT there is a lot of football to be played...I love that picture the Wildcat11 posted of Mr. Cassil.  He is showing every back in the world how to hold a football while running.  That's what you call excellent basic fundamentals, something that the Cats can easily do and will win, win, win when they do......Roger, over & out!
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Does anyone know where I could find the conference schedule for next fall. I believe the conference schedule is planned three years in advance. I know that game times can change, but the dates and home/away should be pretty well set. Can anyone help me out?
