Coach Thomas was a very good coordinator, One knew he was going to be a head coach. I heard PS over promised a few things to him. One winning season and I bet he takes other offers, great school tough place to win.

Definitely a good coordinator, the jury is still out on him as a head coach though. So far I would say he has underperformed, this year is make or break for him.

RFB...man your tough. PSU is a very difficult school to get into and the last time I checked the most expensive in NW, with a stingy aid package. I would not put the admin support among the worse in the NW.

7 wins in 5 seasons is underperforming, doesn't matter what the circumstances are. He was a hell of a cornerback and a very good coordinator, doesn't make him a good head coach though. I'm pulling for him, but it's time to produce some results.
