Why?  It looked great.  And it's been at least that hot in SoCal this week...
Go Cats!

Wildcat11,
Really nice drone shots, looked like 3D animation.  Great music and overall AWESOME!

Andy Jamison - Walla Walla Wildcat

i have watched PLU play Linfield several times over the past few years and then watched them via the Stretch yesterday. One thing that has been consistent is their terrible use of time-outs early in a half. A number of times it has seemed that the person calling the plays can't get one called in time so the offense has to burn a TO. I saw this a bunch during the two recent playoff games at Linfield and again yesterday. That should hardly ever happen... I was also not impressed with the D coordinator who stuck with a 3 man front when the ball was getting rammed down their throat. Flexibility is needed and going to a 4-5 man down lineman scheme has to be in the gameplan. Tough loss for the Lutes but I think it showed their youth and inexperience.

Always like to see the young guys get in and was really impressed by the RB #9. Our two primary RBs do too much dancing and it was nice to see a decisive run each carry. Hope we didn't lose anyone for the season to injuries!

I can confirm that timely play calling (and managing TO's) has been a major issue for the Lutes for 20 years. I don't understand it either. In my day it was usually Frosty and Scott unable to get on the same page. We're young this year for sure, so it'll be interesting.

He ran hard, Wildcatdad22.  He made the most of his reps for sure.
