Linfield will beat Fox by at least 3 touchdowns
i like what you're saying but would be curious to hear why.  Where do you think the CATS are going to dominate the bruins?
Go Cats!

Not only do I have OxyBob on the SCIAC board to follow but I've got Foss on the NWC.

I get you guys try and stay humble around here, and I appreciate that...but you all do know how much more talent you have than the rest of the conference right? Even if you don't. Schroeder won't be nearly as effective running the ball, which means fox is going to struggle to move it. Schroeder is a turnover machine when he has to throw. Don't get me wrong, the Linfield offense isn't very good, but even you guys manage more ypg on offense than the Bruins.

Fox is getting a lot of credit for beating a Whitworth team that still has a lot of problems and keeping it close with a Platteville team starting a freshman quarterback getting his first ever college snaps. And against Platteville the bruins got the ball with a chance to go ahead...couldn't even get a first down. Schroeder ain't leading them down the field with his arm.

Linfield desperately needs a quarterback to compete with those teams we believe to be your peers. George Fox is not one of those teams.

If I've counted correctly, a win by Linfield will give the 'Cats 40 straight wins over the Pios.
The last win by L&C was in 1973 (by 4-7!); the teams did not meet between 1987 and 1990, nor in 2005, although they met twice in 1991.

There was not mention of that, though, as the post could be construed as absolutist.

Pretty sure the intent was clear that in a discussion about 2017 playoff chances, discussion was about 2017.
That's what I thought the discussion was about-this year.

Agree with you Rat. I watched fox earlier this year (streamed it ) and was not that impressed.

A packed student section behind an end zone cheering on guys they will actually see in class on Monday is almost as cool as The Streak.

Next week vs GFU will be epic... I talked to a Linfield alum during the game today... I hope he shares his thoughts more often because he actually played the game in college where I only played in HS... and then I was in the pep band... LOL!
