Wow!    What happened to the NWC yesterday?    Not a good start.    Only Whitworth looked good.

Now it is Linfield's turn.      What will this year's team do?     Running back?     Backup QB?    O and D Lines?
Two long road trips to start the season.   Why?    Most questions about the Wildcats since 2006.

Yes, Whitworth deserves to be favored to win conference.     Conference champions usually are.     Yesterday confirmed it.

I think UPS knocking off the defending SCIAC champion was a pretty nice win....

;D  It would have been even better if it was one of those 3 team tie years in the SCIAC and if LaVerne was the 3rd team!  (3 weeks in a row against the defending SCIAC champ).
Go Cats!

It will be a nice win for UPS to have on their resume but I think CMS may not be quite as strong as last year, having graduated nearly the entire offensive line and a couple of key defenders. I feel sorry for the teams in the NWC. The officiating in that game was worse then the middle school games I've watched in Oklahoma.

I went to the GFU vs Redlands game in Newberg... I was impressed by Redlands. They have a very good QB and receiving corp. Their qb is a great passer and can run if needed. They seemed very quick and solid on defense. I'm not sure if they looked good because GFU needs work or??? I wouldn't be surprised if Redlands has a good year. We'll find out in a couple weeks.....  :o

This board is alive! alive!

Where is WC11. Is he working on some secret Linfield Area 51 project?

D O.C.

You're kidding us. Somehow you found out that he is, indeed, down south in Nevada as the Oregon lead in the "Tear Down the Fences" move to rush Area 51.
We hear he's only had 3 drones disappear so far.

He will be at Redlands - unless he disappears.

Last year UPS gave Linfield fits with 41 points.     UPS may be even better this year.

Any Linfield fans making the trip to Glassboro?
Go Rowan! Brown & Gold!

I noticed LF had a JV Schedule tab, is this new. How many games do they get in and who do they play. I think the larger SCIAC schools should add JV games too, but $$$
Less than two more years of Gavin.

RowanPhan, there will be probably two dozen other than family based on past experience.

JV games are dumb. Best competition is within your own program daily at practice. Redlands experimented with it in the past.
