Nice to see Huntingdon continue to win. When the regional rankings come out.... they could very well be ranked... how would this affect Linfield.... would our win be considered a win over a regionally ranked team or do they have to be in our same region?

I'm pretty sure it would count as a regional win for you guys and a regional 'result' for us.
We were lucky to get that win yesterday. I've been really puzzled at how well we've played at home as opposed to some of our road games where not so much.

Finally... finally... finally a game where the Cats put it together on both sides of the ball with zero selfish penalties... it has gotten to the point that at the end of each play I keep looking for a late flag being thrown for one of our guys getting an unsportsmanlike penalty, especially from two of our receivers... but, both of them were almost on their best behavior. If Linfield plays like they did on Saturday then they are going to be trouble in the playoffs especially if Swanson can come back and be effective.

Our kick-off coverage needs work as does the kick itself... not ever sure what the kicker is trying to do with the ball... kick it deep... kick it high and short... what exactly.. The 2nd punter did a great job as the starter has been all over the board with reliability...

Huge game with Fox coming up... hope that the guys play with the same level of intensity and discipline that they showed vs the Lutes.

yes--saw a receiver kind of hold the ball over the DB after a TD and I thought, "here comes the flag".  Especially since the refs were throwing flags for things that were just good football plays (the block that got the TD called back was just a great, well executed block).
Go Cats!

IF the Cats play like they did yesterday against GF they will be the NWC champs.....IF the Cats put two half's together like they did in the first half yesterday in the playoffs they will have the potential to go deep in the playoffs!

Correct -- a result against a team ranked in any region counts.

So we Worriers can relax. Looks like we found a quarterback.

I saw the block in both real time as well as on the replay and in today's game, it definitely was a penalty.  The game is trying to get rid of blind side blocks that are led by the shoulder or forearm and this particular block was thrown by his shoulder.  In year's past, a legal block.  Today, illegal.

I can remember the famous punt return in the playoffs where there were 3 different players laid out on blind side blocks with each seemingly a harder hit then the last.  I for one am glad that the game is moving on from allowing contact like that especially with what we know about head trauma.

I'm liking what I'm seeing from Blake Eaton. He plays nicely in the pocket and has good accuracy and arm strength. He also has a great group of receivers to throw too. I'm nicely surprised he's done as well as he has without much experience in prior years.

UST still the biggest a-hole group of D3 fans I've ever encountered. They can kick rocks.
