Yikes... poor Willamette... their Board of Trustees and Administration need to make a decision to give football the support that it needs as it has gotten ridiculous.  I feel for their players and coaches.

What in the world is going on with our kick-off's and coverage?  We have consistently given up entirely too much yardage on kick-offs.  The kicker is inconsistent.. some kicks are deep... others are short, others are line drives... coverage is spotty... I have to imagine it has been a point of emphasis without any improvement... that stuff will kill us in the playoffs...

We did what was expected against the Bearcats... need to get a good week in for the Pios...

WE've played them like 5-6 times in the last several years (regular season and playoffs).... almost as many times as we've played NWC opponents.

Yes--5 times starting in 2018 including one play-off rematch (last year).  I'm all for a new SCIAC champ I just thought your original post implied that we've been playing Redlands in the playoffs every year or something (like we seem to have done for most years against MHB!).

I'm just plain sick of playing Redlands period, regular season and playoffs. They are a decent team but it's like a skip on an old record that just keeps repeating. Same with early match ups with MHB.

You should not be complaining about this. Redlands is WILLING to play you, and how many teams are knocking on your door to schedule a top 5 power program year in and out. What if Redlands refused to to schedule you in the regular season? Then you would say the SCIAC is ducking you, and you would have to go further East to find games like this year in Alabama.

I feel the same way about playing George Fox, but it is what it is.

Congrats to the 'Cats on the perfect regular season.  Coach Smith's 7th time since take over as the head coach.

It was a beautiful November day in Portland and always fun to see so many guys get a chance to shine on the field.

Great group of guys and looking forward to the chance to host a few playoff games (if we can advance).
