Man that's a hot looking shirt. Brett's been tracking some fashion trends. There's no way I could pull off that look.  :D

But, dtrain, we'd all like to see you try.

It's awesome to see Linfield making nfl news.
Best of times to Brett Elliott and Casey Allen and all the Wildcat players who have given us so much to be proud of.

Go Wildcats!

Bring back the band!
Bring 'em back and turn 'em loose!
Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!

Elliott and Casey make us all proud and I wish them luck as well. What an accomplishment for D3 kids! You can bet that they'll work their tails off in camp, too. They have drive, brains and ability, without the attitude problems some athletes have.

It's another good day to be a Wildcat.

Okay, now that the draft is over, can we get back to rumors?  The following were posted recently:

I've heard the Wildcats will be getting in a very good transfer at the DE position.  Anyone else hear the same?

So who is this and where's he from?  Just how good is he?

My sources told me that's not the only GOOD transfer the cats will have this year.   AZ the  Sunshine state will help too. Things are looking good in cat land for 06 .

Okay, so who's this other kid and where is he from? What position does he play?

I just heard this morning that Brian Noy (former Idaho QB behind Harrington will definitely be a Wildcat this next fall.
However, he may become a DB even though he could probably start for the other NWC schools with exception of Joel Clark.

Wasn't it rumored a while ago that Noy was coming?  I can't say I follow Idaho much... what's he like? Is this another Brett situation where you've got a talented kid champing at the bit to start?

One of the things I'll be looking for this next season is to watch the offense and see how they respond to Elliot's loss. I think that we'll be able to see how much of the Wildcats' success was due to Elliot/Casey/Hazenburg/et al's sheer talent and how much of it was the offensive scheme the coaches came up with.

I know Coach Locey came up with some wrinkles.  Now that the acknowledged big guns are all gone, we'll get to see the coaching coming back in and that's always fun to watch.

I'll kick the dead cat....
What about 2-3 deep running backs?
Cannot get over being unable to control the ball with a lead against UWW. It was exciting to watch us go with what brung us there but we took no time off the clock and it really didn't work that time, did it?

Foss

True, true. The last minute or so of that game was torture.

Sounds like Casey may have a new teammate up in Winnipeg. Reports say the Blue Bombers are seriously looking at signing Onterrio Smith, who helped us become familiar with "The Wizzinator." Talk about two complete opposites.
A packed student section behind an end zone cheering on guys they will actually see in class on Monday is almost as cool as The Streak.

:D I thought it was my role to bring this up? Just because you are an up-tempo team doesn't mean you have to run the full-court press the whole game. There was a certain beauty to UWW's balanced attack.

Hmm...no openings in Amsterdam? He'd fit right in.

And I saw that Ricky Williams is trying to sign with the Toronto team. Can you imagine being a Canadian and being expected to root for these dredges of the NFL. Poor Casey. I hope he makes a big splash up there so some NFL team comes calling.
