Man from Mongolia is in Omaha till the end of October....as usual I'm considering a trip to the Catdome...this year's odds are 60% yes, 10% no and 30% maybe...This is a  totally unscientific poll.

Chance of being on the d3 board for each and every Wildcat game is 99.9% sure.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Proud Papa Joe

PPJ checking in. Been keeping up on the gossip. Havn't had much to say. Do like the Fish Pitcures GHC. Very nice looking salmon. We in Nor Cal should make most the games. For sure the Calif. games & SOU & Whitworth. Hope to make even the late home games. Keep up the good work 11. You are to good.

It's good to be back?
Saturday will be the most epic tailgate ever, especially if my wife gives birth under the Quick-Shade.

Checking in for '09 NWC football.    Linfield -- it is time to win the NWC.   First, though, two upset wins over Hardin-Simmons and Occidental would be great.

Nice King Salmon, GHC!!

GO CATS GO!

Sounds like a great opportunity to hop across the Missouri River and take in some IIAC games.

Hardin-Simmons and Occidental may be rated, but the victories won't be upset victories for Linfield.  The Wildcats will be that good.  They will be the NWC champions and the first two games will just be warm ups for their march to the crown.

It will be interesting to see how Southern Oregon does against Portland State Sept. 12th.

Just got home from the first high school game of the year where my Moose pulled out a win with 4 seconds to go.  Colony High (coached by Cat alum Jamie Mayo) also won today, knocking off the number one team in the state, North Pole, 17-7.

So, at the risk of raising the ire of the Cat faithful who dominate this board, and I say this with all due respect, your guys better be good this year or the streak may be in jeapordy.  I say that partly because the schedule is not lining up in your favor.

You open against the #5 team in the country who will already have a game under their belt.  The good thing is it's at home.

Next you you have two road games against quality opponents in Oxy and Southern Oregon.

Your other two, likely, toughest opponents are both also on the road (Whitworth and Willamette).

The first three weeks are definitely going to show if you've climbed back towards the top.

I wish you luck, until you play the Lutes that is.

Pineconefan checking in for another year of fun.

Saw former Wildcat Casey Allen last night in the af2 playoffs.  He never had a chance to get get going in the game because the QBs for Boise never really got it going.  Allen Had 2 or 3 catches for about 5 yards in Spokane's win.
