TDT,

Thanks for stopping in. Not to look too far down the road but do you think that if it ever comes to a Johnnies/Wildcats showdown in the play offs that Gagliardi might be starting to lose his edge after a long season just enough for the Wildcats to finally put a long overdue notch in our belt vs. the Johnnies?

The top 25 is fun for the fans and posters to talk about but there is only one D3.com top 25 poll that matters...the one that is put out after the Stagg.  It's a great sign of respect but it doesn't mean much at this point if the 'Cats fall on their face in NWC play.
Absolutely!!!  Here's a famous quote and I paraphrase:

Somewhere back many post pages ago someone commented that
1260 am KLYC could be recieved in Salem.  Could that mean that my perfect plan for Oct. 03 would be watching Bearcats-v-Rats while listening to Cats-v-Oaks?

Catdomealumni.com's ADvantage Catdome has posted up our SOU/Linfield game wrap up and posted up the post-game interviews (the defensive interviews are having YouTube issues).

CamCat:  A Johnnie/Linfield matchup would be tremendous.  The 0-3 mark the 'Cats have against the Johnnies continues to loom large.  This game would be a nothing to lose rematch for Linfield.  I mean 0-4 certainly is hardly worse (historically speaking) than 0-3, but 1-3 would at least allow WC11 and his old man to start throwing some barbs back towards Collegeville!!!

No.

Really looking forward to Jim Gagliardi being the head coach of SJU football one day.  It's going to be great!  ;)

TouchdownTommygirl,
I would have to think that the 46lb king that I landed on the Kenai, is only something that you and your boys dream about since all you do is huddle in some shack on the ice staring at a tiny hole below and drinking frickin Hamms beer.

Bubs1856

Careful GHC...that is an insult to Hamms.

I was referring to the halibut which were pathetic.  You must have been drinking your world famous Longies out on the boat....

WC11,

Your Catdome site just gets better and better.  I'm afraid somewhere along the way you're going to get drafted by the Pros as they wave a bunch of $$ in your face and we will loose you to the Big Time and your DIII talent and commitment becomes a distant memory.  I guess the board will have to pool our resources to try to match the offer. The least I can do is buy a Catdome T shirt at the Lewis and Clark game.

Thanks, Olinemom. We're glad to see Bridgewater is having a better season this year, too.

I was surprised to see Linfield jump that high in the standings, but am not looking down the road any farther than Menlo for right now. Never take the Oaks for granted!

CatDad, were the boys pretty excited after the win at SOC?

Forgot to mention that I hope the coaches nominate Drew Fisher for  D3 TOW.

It's the sports information office's responsibility, but yes, he has been nominated.

If you ever came to my office I would show you the picture of the "Barn Door" halibut caught out of Dutch Harbor  8'6"  355 lbs.  Pictures dont lie.  As for the ones we caught man they fit just right on the BBQ and are awesome.

Bubs--  I remember coming to the house, giving you guys a $50 and you coming back with at least 75 cases of Hamms   UGHHHHHHHHHH

Yeah, like the tattered and torn king of the pride who swats all comers and eats the cubs of intruders. Jim must have to walk behind dad to pick up all the tricks that fall out of his sleeves.

Why don't the 'Cats just send TDT a steak - with the skin still on, just for the halibut.
