I'm trying, honest I am.  Perhaps some R&R in Oregon or Cali would help?  Rats.  I can't come to California until spring 2011 with the baseball team.  This Jan. is the Caribbean with the French students.  But before then I hope to see the Linfield faithful in Salem, where I certainly plan to be!!!! And where the brownies will surely be as well.

Olinemom,
Mrs. C told me about your hospital visit, and I was sorry to hear that. I hope you'll be back in brownie form soon.  You've had a rough summer and fall.

Enjoy the cruise, GHC. Those cruise ships have great spas, as Mrs. C discovered. Maybe Mrs. GHC would enjoy a facial or massage during the game.

Two words:  THE STREAK

Yea I might check into that action

$.02.

The offensive line has shown they can control the other team. I'd like to see a similar effort to Harden-Simmons where AB can look left, right, wave at mom, and then release to best target advantage.

Hey, I looked in the LINFIELD website to see who Drew Fisher is tied with at 3 interceptions in one game and I could not find that statistic.

Is Coach Smith one of them by any chance? Don't tell me the "basketball coach."

I think that would be Paul Dombroski versus Lewis & Clark in 1977 or 1978. Dombroski later played in the NFL with New England and Tampa Bay, I believe he left pro football in the mid 1980s.
I always thought it was with Kansas City and Cin Bengals

Check that, it was KC, the Pats, and the Buccaneers.

Get well soon....us Cats are thinking about you!  Get ready for those mixing up those brownies.....it's a long way to December but if the Cats can take 'em down one game at a time we'll be ready to celebrate with you in December.
LEAVE NO DOUBT

Has anybody heard any more about NCAA/NAIA talks that took place Sept. 28-29?  There was a fair amount of speculation about a merger maybe 4-5 years down the road.  Lots of ramifications for NCAA D2 and D3, plus a suggestion about a possible D4 (which the NCAA has turned down recently but we all know that anything's possible).  I Googled the topic but found nothing of substance from after that meeting.

Just read some alarming news that's affecting McMinnville and Linfield, but it sounds like the school has taken the necessary precautions. I sincerely hope that no one the team has gotten sick from this.

Best wishes and speedy recovery to those with the flu.

I concur, sort of.

Gig Harbor Cat...is this 'miss the important game' trip penance for the salmon run trip by any chance?

So is Whitworth video streaming this weekends game?  I saw the link to the radio boardcast in their game preview but I didn't see any link to a video stream?  Any Whitworth folks have any info?

Say, does anyone know if Whitworth will be streaming the Linfield game this Saturday on their website? If it's free, then it's for me!

Does anyone know if there're any PiWhit posters left in the world?
