What a Road "Trip"..... loved the way the 'cats just kept grinding it out today. The team looks focused. I don't know about the stats for Boehme but from what I saw, they could have been a lot better with a lot of catchable balls missed/dropped. Props to the O-line and running backs. Defense played excellent with how many turnovers? 6 or 7?

Good work L & Clark scoring over 20 vs Willamette. Nice work.

Hi everyone. Posting live from Spokane it's PPJ. Hey great game today. I can tell you it sure is alot colder here then in Sunny Calif. Them bleachers are cold. The Cats left no doudt today. Big turnover early in the game. Defense wasn't quite so Salty early on but picked the pig skin when they needed to. Once we got on the board it was saleve for the rats. With the exception of a couple of courtesy TD's late in the game the Cats took it to them.

Hey 11- don't look, to late, O'yes they call him the streak, fastest man on two feet. I was hopin somebody whould have layed that guy out.

Couldn't believe some of the calls. But Coach Hire got them good, layed one of the refs out on the field. Simon said the ref ate it. All in all great day. Sun shine and cold weather. See you all in Salom.

Go Cats

Welcome 05CAT!
Congratulations to the Linfield College Wildcats. 54 and going strong! Good job to the coaches, players, and the parents of these boys who wear the Wildcat uniform. What a joy it has been to watch the 'Cats play over the years. We fans APPRECIATE your hard work and effort.

'Cats are officially the ROAD WARRIORS.... Congratulations on a GREAT 4 week run... now the fun begins as we position ourselves for a home playoff game... after all the talk about the early schedule this team has answered a lot of questions and put to rest a lot of doubts.....

Congratulations to the RB's as they haven't put the ball on the ground once this year....

Go 'CATS

One game at a time, folks. It's nice to get the Streak extended (on the earliest possible date), but there's always something to be worked on. Noticed too many Cat penalties yesterday (6). Let's get those under control. Going to be a tough week for the boys mentally...what with the temptation to overlook L&C in favor of the tougher opponent the following week at Willamette.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Stick to business and pile up the wins one at a time. Those who have followed Cat football for many decades can remember some devastating losses to teams that had no business defeating our Cats...and attendant deflation of the Playoffs balloon.

It's great to be a fan of our Cats. They make us proud with class, dignity, and excellence. Go Cats!!!

Adam Anderson being out from the opening kickoff of the season is a shame.

Having complained  ??? about a running game in my life, I would like to state how seemless Mr. Williams has made the LINFIELD team feel after he stepped up after the unfortunate 'game was over' injury to Mr. Lamson.

Any useless penalty on the LINFIELD coaching staff should be done for the season. Period.

Penalty on the staff? I missed it, what happened? I heard the sideline interference call, but didn't know why the flag was thrown.

It was when Linfield picked up a fumble and was in the processing of returning it.  The coach in question was down field and working on his clipboard during the play and was slightly outside the coaching box.  The change of possession happened and the ref and coach had an incidental collision.  The coach felt awful about it and apologized to the official.  There was another penalty on the return regardless.  In the end it didn't matter as the 'Cats drove down and put it in the EZ.  It was just a freak thing that happened.

BTW...there was a streaker that hit the field during the 3rd quarter and managed to get away.  He had decent speed in the open field.  Whitworth may want to sign him up.
