Yesterday's Willamette performance does not bode well for them.....IN MY OPINION ;D
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

D O.C.

Before Willamette week officially starts, let's get the BLU-EMU report from the alumni game. (for you old geezers that's linament / you disco jokers who used to put it in each others jocks can call it Heat)

Congratulations are not premature to this year's team and staff. Obviously the season is only 2/3 over and anything can happen, but that would be why I'm grateful to them for getting it together to entertain you and me with winning football.

Oh yeah, a thanks to President Hellie and his staff for supporting the program.

Looks like Oxy wins all-around team and individual honors ::)

Alumni won  14-7  great game.  The young pups looked good.

Yeah, the young kids did a GREAT job and it was a fun evening for both sides of the field.  We had some varsity guys with the camera and I'm about to start going through what they shot.  I'll post some of that up on the blog.

Kind of wish I would have gone to the PLU/Willamette game.  :)  Had to be much more entertaining than another L&C game (the Pios do have some young talent).

OxyBob,
You've got me 5-2 in votes and I think I look
rather good in a Tuxedo!

Was nice to see all 100+ kids get to play yesterday!
When was the last time you heard of 5 Qb's getting
to play for one team?

GO WILDCATS
ONE GAME AT A TIME!
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

What a perfect homecoming weekend, except for a little rain. There were so many people to catch up with, and the win was the topper.

My son and daughter-in-law (who thanks you for your courtesy, GHC) said the alumni game was really fun, and that the alumni still look good. He said even Joe Smith played again this year.

Mrs. C was sick and couldn't go to the game, but she listened to Dave and Kip Patterson, and said Kip did a great job, with his reffing experience.

Congrats to our 'Cats on another fine performance. The coaches have been bringing them along well, and will have them ready to bash the Bearcats at the Catdome South next week. There will probably be as many Wildcat fans as there are Willamette fans.

Thanks Coco,
I try and do my part.  She was a good sport !!  Tell Mrs Coco to get better.  If I had known she was not feeling well I could have delivered her some longies that would have killed  ALL of the germs for sure !!
