Chewey,

I make no effort to hide that I'm very anti all-purple uniform that the 'Cats bust out once a year.  Hate it.  I'm 100% on the Purple Top, White pant, white shoes w/ red trim.  Always looks sharp.  Wouldn't mind seeing the 'Cats bust out a alt. red top but I don't have 10K laying around to outfit the team in those and I'm sure they would want to use that money for something else.

He told me once, but I don't understand that level of thought process.  He is a complex individual.

Huh !!!

Oh and the Deluxe  Directions are easy.  Just head north on hwy 99 out of McMinnville go about 11 miles up and it is on the left.  Can't miss it it has a big flashing sign that will say  Go Cats !!  There are usually lots of harleys out front but don't let that stop you.  As soon as the boys see that you are Tommy backers they will give you a special Catdome welcome.  We usually have the big table in the back by the bar.

For the younger crowd I suggest a strip club a few blocks off of campus.  It is famous-- It is called Alfs.
The girls do cage dances, and they all wear these white outfits that will blow your mind !!!

Have fun and safe travels

Sorry for the double post, but is anyone from D3football.com coming out for this game?
The closest is me photographing the game. :D

It looks like that ten gallon hat came up just a tad short.  If Linfield defeats St Thomas, which I think they will, they will travel to the site of the winner of the  WHITEWATER/Wittenberg game.

I look forward to a rematch between the WARHAWKS  and the Wildcats.  If it's anything like the last one it should be one hell of a game.

Anybody notice that Coach Smith appears to be working on a Stache in this weeks press conference?   :)

Deluxe at 6? I'll try to get there.

I hope you can make it...last week we had GHC, CatDomeMayor, OldCatProf, DOC, Wildcat11, Bluenote and a few sensible wives. Would be great for everyone to come down and discuss game plans... :D

Thanks for the invite Bluenote, I/We'll be there. Can you tell me where the 'Deluxe' is?

It's right down town on 3rd Street on the east end.

MCat some of the players and coaches started this at the beginning of the playoffs... during No Shave November.... it's been a cool thing to further bond this group of players and the coaches....

from what I understand it's been a GREAT week of practice and the Cats are once again focused on what needs to get done!!! The Catdome will be rocking Saturday!!

GO CATS!!!

I see--I certainly hope it works better for the Cats then it did for the Lutes...was that just last season?  I'm excited for the game and still very disappointed that I'll probably only get to see the first half (if I'm lucky).
Go Cats!

Surely you jest! You know Alf's has to be 1000 ft. from the nearest off campus fraternity house. I know because I walked it one winter in thongs just to see a cage dance - and get one of those frisbee sized burgers.

Location of the Deluxe.  Now, the "D" is not a Portland type trendy bar or like a Golden Valley Brew Pub...The "D" is a hole in the wall pub/bar with all the trimming you would expect.  I always have a great time there but that's because I go there early and leave early.  The D from 6-8 pm is way different from the D from 9-close and why we meet at 6 for burgers.  Anybody is welcome to join us (Linfield or UST).

Dusty,

Good question.  There is always a little bit of me that is thinking about what I want to do with the site/blog/videos but Mrs 11 and myself do love to hang out and do all sorts of little things.  I probably do need a little more balance but following the 'Cats is a passion!

I just hope Linfield never switches to a purple helmet, there are enough teams with that look. Sleeves on jerseys today are shorter than they were in the past, I liked the old St. Louis Cardinals striping pattern on the sleeves on the 1980s era Wildcat jerseys.

Good Luck this weekend, keep on chugging!
