TDT,

That's what we're aiming for...or at least not to get housed in the first round at home by Coe.

11 watched the running backs on your board.  Liked the Smythe kid.  Great vision, sets up his blocks well behind the big fellahs and appears to be able to have that extra gear when he see's daylight.  I know its a comp but still liked it.

Looks like you guys have a hell of a recruiting class incoming. Do either of your RB's from last year return? I don't remember blazing speed but those guys were gritty.

If I'm not mistaken--all of our running backs from last year are returning....
Go Cats!

FYI...found out today that Wildcat14 is a girl and looks to be very healthy!  Mrs11 and myself are pumped up and looking forward to molding her to love everything Linfield and despise Willamette and PLU. (only kidding...kind of)  ;)

Redlands bound for sure. She will definitely be rebelling against all things Linfield by the time she hits 18.

I hope to see some of you Linfield Alums down in thousand oaks. Hopefully it is a good game and the QB plays better then the one in last years game during the playoffs. He didn't play well at all. Excited to see your QB again. He is a great player and a terrific athlete. I also think some people do not give your running game the respect it deserves. From what I have seen, your running game should not be taken lightly. Comes with power and speed from the rb's as well as your QB.

CLU 12--you did a good job last year...it's just hard throwing from the ground.... :)
Go Cats!

I predict that Wildcat 14 will be born 4 days before the Linfield PLU game.  In keeping with tradition , 14 will be able to back the Cats for the first time as they drill the Lutes in 2010 !!  I even suspect that 14 will have a mini Luck the Flutes shirt to wear for the occasion.

Its just the way it has to be.

MonroviaCat - thank you. Linfield's defense was very tough last year. I expect the same this year. Hoping that there can be a team from the west in the Stagg bowl this year
