Thought you'd like to know that tests came back negative last week.  Clean bill of health so far for a certain ex-Warhawk LB.  :)

413, That is the best news ever. Keep me posted and please tell him hi from me.

Speaking from a first hand look, that team seemed like one that only comes along ever so often... you guys were pretty unreal last year (not taking away from this years squad, just saying)....

Kingsmen4, actually at Linfield that occurs a lot.    Our 2002, 2003, 2004 National  Champs, and 2005 teams were every bit as good as last year's team.    And, don't forget the one and only 54 consecutive winning seasons!    No, last year was not a fluke for the Wildcats.

GO CATS!  GO!

Far from a fluke - I would never call it that with the obvious history of your program. As an observer of both games (last year in Oregon and this year at the LU) I was commenting that last year's team was head and shoulders above where the squad is this year in terms of talent, confidence, and overall game management. Last year was a team that gave nothing up and made almost no mistakes it seemed like.

Our mistake was not taking care of a guy running around with a cast on his left arm. Where is he?

But did you see the name of his replacement?  Deme'Trek Chambers?!?!?!  Along with D'Karlos Craig from UW-Eau Claire, that's my favorite name of the season so far.

Tuxguy - my condolences to you and your family.  It sounds like your dad's passing will be mourned by a lot of people whose lives he touched.  All the best from the Bearcat community.

CTU still has the inside track to the SCIAC title regardless but that's a big weapon gone.

GO CATS!!

My condolences to you as well TuxGuy.  Sounds like your father lived a blessed life and shared it with others.

Just watched the interview with coach Smith on the Cats page that they'll use for the pre-game at UPS.  A great comment about WC11 from coach Smith while talking about the amazing sack totals of our Dline this year.

Who is it that is doing the interview and asking the questions?

Yikes...that made me turn a little red.  I hope Hedin smashes that record and then some.  A much more physical and dominating player than I ever was.  Great young man to boot.

Bill Johnson, our new play-by-play man is interviewing Coach Smith for the radio pre-game show.

OldCatProf

OK, WildCat Nation, let's fire up and support our team on Saturday. I expect there will be a good crowd on hand to support 'da Boys.

Mrs. OldCat and I won't be able to attend, but we'll be sitting next to the radio here at the Home with our hearing aids turned up. Don't want to miss a single play!!!!

Go, you Wiley Cats.
