See you at the BWC

Just got back from a 5 day trip of delivering goods to a village who has only had road access for the last 4 years.  Incredible.  Luckily I got to hear the Cats win before I took off.  COngrats!

Welcome to the board bearcatchatter.

Congrats to the Pios as well, 3 wins in one season is pretty impressive.  Don't see any feedback here from PioDad, please fill us in. PLU's undefeated count and top 25 listing also very impressive.  Does PLU play Linfield or Willamette first?

WHat a great year!  Go Cats!

Just watched the "Play of the Week". Are you kidding me?? WOW! Downright amazing...

Yeah, at least UPS made him work for it unlike Willamette where he just walked into the endzone.  ;)

Welcome to the board BearcatChatter!  :)

The guy makes one post and you're already digging on him team? WELCOME!

Diggin on Willamette is something new?  I'm sure he can take a little ribbing from a Wildcat fan.  Always happy to have new posters come on-board.  Do miss the thoughts of good old (509)rat but I guess he's just another ghost in the d3boards posting graveyard.

Haha, thanks to all. 11, I can take the heat, kinda have to be able to. As far as the Play of the Week, Boehme is a jaw-dropper (nice video shooting too; almost like you were in the position and expected him to tuck and scramble, not that he ever does that  ;)) but I'm questioning how much UPS made him work for all 91 of those yards (26 yard TD? Really?) To be fair, his 3 TD runs against WU were less yards combined than that 1 run

In the meantime, flash back to Boehme's hurdle, substitute UPS #10 out for, say, Ralph Pineda, and your golden boy is flat on his back on the 5 yard line  ;)

It is also at this point that my Linfield-WU talk ceases. I have absolutely nothing good to say about that game, save that Arlin Taylor is looking (gradually) better. IMO, one can only hope he gets limited reps against (dare I hope?) Menlo.
UPS has had such a dramatic season so far. My heart goes went to them after that 6OT game. Here's to hoping this Saturday's game at McCulloch gives them some emotional relief with a drama-free, over after the first quarter blowout win for the Bearcats. I feel like they'd rather that then all the anxiety of 6OT again.  :D

A hearty welcome to my main man BC for finally joining the boards.  Three posts and already dishing it out to wildcat11?  Impressive.

By my count, that gives Willamette a total of five regular posters, with occasional drive-bys from river.  With idalogger and logger54 (welcome!), the brand new Pio folks (also welcome!), along with d-train and speedybigboy repping PLU, it's great to see the rest of the NWC stepping it up on Post Patterns.

No thanks, we just had an over after the first quarter blowout. I'd take a down to the wire nailbiter any time over getting pounded. Guess we'll see. Have never been to McCullouch before. Looking forward to it. Unbelievable - it is supposed to be great weather Saturday.

Actually, Ralph had a shot a Boehme at the goal line and Boehme went over the top on him too.  ;)

11, fair point, but "over the top" is a little bit of a stretch. At the end of the day, I didn't see that one on D3football.com (and from 3 yards, i dont even think ray lewis could stop that)

Just one more thing; Check out the video avatar to the left of my posts. That's my boy. Number 75.

Oh, I remember your boy, R&P. As big as he was, he was kinda hard to miss! He was a heck of a player for the 'Cats.

Thanks for the kind words coco. :) I put some karma in your bank. Oops! Gotta wait 24 hours :-[
Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!

BCC...not that you would care to go back to last Saturday's NWC update board where we chat about the game we usually are not at, yours truly was wondering where the heck the WU A-A linebacker was. I cannot say he was confused because I was not there, so I will venture the game plan neutralized him.

CatDad

For those of you in the Catdome area. Aaron Boehme and a couple of other students will be performing at Fred Meyer Lounge on campus showing off some non-football talents!!
