First one that comes to mind is "Luck the Futes!"

Just another drive by from another Cat D-Bag.

No offense Bubs1856, but your idea lacks both class and originality.

I remember my older sister coming home from college on a break with a totally cool 'Buck the Froncos' t-shirt (Univ. of Idaho vs. Boise State).  Of course that was in the 80's and anything like that is pretty funny to a middle schooler.

I don't think this one was football related, but I saw a t-shirt at the airport in Phoenix that read, "It's Willamette.. Damn it!"

GO CATS!
Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!

Thanks Monrovia...that line was worth about $1200 worth of class printed on T-Shirts while I was in school.  Thought I had hit the jackpot as a poor college student.  Unfortunately or fortunately, however you look at it, pretty sure that cash was spent on Hamms or Keystone Light...WC11 and GHC could attest to that.
I remember seeing guys wearing those shirts---enjoyed them thouroughly.  :)

Will this be the first time Pacific has played at the Catdome since the "Sideline Surprise?"

I was just thinking about that the other day...great reminder!

That's an old Willamette joke.  I first heard it in '62 or '63 when WU appeared on the original College Bowl.  When the host mispronounced Willamette (in the style used in the Midwest) WU's team coach made the quip.  It's now part of Willamette lore.

College Bowl was an academic competition of teams of five players from colleges and universities around the nation.  Willamette lost to DePauw which went on to win five games and retire unbeaten.

Anybody here willing to admit to watching College Bowl?

If the shirt was black, I've got $20 on that being my buddy Tom Ackerman, fellow history major and the only person in my class from Phoenix.  Those are the official class of 2010 t-shirts, and I've got one too.

WU Pride! BCP, I wish I coulda gotten my hands on one of those shirts...I'm stuck with a regular old GoldRush and Bearcat Bench shirts....   :-\

Clear skies, sunny and 62, PERFECT football conditions slated for todays game here in Salem! Asked around campus, should be a great crowd on hand to watch The Fly run all over UPS!

Went to the Midnight Madness Showcase for WU men's and women's basketball. It's probably well known by all you posters, but Terrell Malley is a helluva two-sport athlete. Watching him (at 5'11") routinely throw it down gets me jittery for the bball season. However, another great two-sport athlete, Scott Schoettgen wasn't in attendence, and wasn't announced during player introductions. Wasn't sure if or why he isn't playing this season, but a downer regardless. I'll hang around the endzone (where he'll likely be all day today) and ask him about it  ;D

A picture-perfect day in the Willamette Valley for D-III football today. Go Bearcats!

Bummer that Schoettgen isn't on the Roundball roster this season. I'll have to ask him about it next time I see him.
