Ypsi -- thanks for the specifics. Very helpful.

And a mighty quick fix!  Good job.

As you know, I am rendered practically mute (perhaps even moot!) without emoticons! ;D

11, sorry I have not a chance to meet you, but my congrats as well.

Whew, bye week for UPS, got back on, and the site has blown up with LC-Willamette recriminations, golden pee boy remarks, arguments over where the portapotties are at various stadia, and Welch-Boehme comparisons. Sheesh.

We are at Whitworth this weekend. Haven't been to the Pine Bowl, so am looking forward.

Just a comment that may fuel the fire. Yes, Boehme is helped by the presence of many more stellar teammates than is Welch. Yes, he is a senior, and Welch could surpass what he has done. Right now though he is the best QB in the NWC, and is worthy, in my opinion, of Player of the Year and First Team QB in the conference. That WILL be confirmed this weekend when LC plays the Cats.

Our QB, White, has also had a great year, though he is not the runner that either of the other 2 are. The score against LC was 64-68. The score against Linfield was 14-55. My guess is that Welch will have the same issues with Linfield that White did. As in - they play defense. 48-14, Linfield. And White should be the 2nd team QB. Just my opine.

Welcome home, 14.  You chose great parents.

Congrats WC 11,

I suspect a good baby gift would be a pair of 'kicking shoes' so that she can start practicing on kicking those field goals for the Cats.

Thought we discussed this and decided she'd have to be a Bearcat to do that.   ;D  Welcome little one!  Enjoy her -- WC11, Mrs 11 and GHC!   What a fun way to begin the week!

My congratulations, too, Mr. and Mrs. Wildcat 11.

11, speaking from the perspective of having kids who are now 44 and 41, f or the rest of your life you'll always be Dad.  It's the greatest feeling.

I got to hold her for the first time earlier today--Had to cut the visit short as Nike phoned in and they are in town for Mom and Dad to sign Grace's shoe contract.  Kel said that she will be bringing Grace to the Linfield football game on Sat.  Got to start things off right--Thats the way we do it in our family !!

Phone it in

Just keep her away from the Pee Boy---we don't want her exposed to any of that "stuff"

How about not just outscore Lewis and Clark, but put the onus on Fisher and crew? Let's just blitz the tar out of Welch's offensive line from the get go. So he can run around back there; not all game.
Of course, this is based on I have not seen him. Doesn't matter. He's a  f r e s h m a n.
