Proud Papa Joe

It's Sunday morning and I woke up hoping yesterday was a bad dream. But not. Where do I start. The last 4years of my life has be GREAT. I have met a family of people like no other. You Cat fans are the best and most supportive fans in the world. Thanks for letting me be a part of your family. I am allready looking foward to next years team. There are some great up and coming kids, so lets get 56 in 2011.

As for the Game- Not much to say. I am proud of all of you, hard fought battle between the two teams. Somebody had to win and somebody had to loose, thats the way the game is played. It's not always about the outcome. Keep your heads high. Those of you that are seniors will move on and finish school and start your life after. Good luck and remember If you keep God in your life everything falls into place. And those of you that are Jr.s leave no doudt. Step up, take control, and kick ass next year.

I leave you all with this

I certainly hope you are not leaving PPJ. Once a Cat always a Cat. My daughter (wasn't even have a Cat athlete) graduated several years ago and I'm still here. I look forward to seeing your picks in the pick 'em next year and for years to follow. Simon had a great career and I sure enjoyed watching him play. I'm already looking forward to 2011. GO CATS!!

enterprise...a visit to the Football Hall of Fame would be to see Ad Rutschman's name because he's the only one I personally know.

Lever Street

Still very sad the day after.  The 2010 CATS were a very good team.  I went to all 5 home games with my teenage daugher (and future wildcat).  Not many things a 14-year old girl wants to do with her dad, but one still remains......watching the Cats play!

We certainly played well enough to win yesterday.  But they made one more play than we did.  Many opportunities that we failed to execute.  I've reviewed so many plays in my mind, but not worth rehashing here.

To the seniors, you gave us a great thrill in 09 and 10 with great teams and playoff runs.  We will be losing a lot of talent to graduation.  But still have lots of talent coming back and I'm sure there will be many young Cats stepping in to make it 56 in 11.

Go Linfield......The alumni love the Cats!
You can't get to CatDome without seeing Lever Street.   Go Linfield!

Dear GHC,

How come the 'Cats can't win in Minnesota?

GREAT GAME.... GREAT SEASON.... GREAT TEAM.... GREAT COLLEGE.... GREAT PEOPLE....

It has been GREAT getting to be a part of the Catdome community... it was something that I missed an opportunity to do when i was young and it was a GREAT ride watching Aaron... as I said before he's become a GREAT young man because of the people that have touched his life as a 'Cat.... and for that I thank you all....

I'm sure the 'Cats will reload next year and will be a force for another generation... perhaps Aaron will even have a hand in making that happen... we won't know for a while here his journey will take him.... all i know is that this leg of his journey has been AMAZING!!!

GO CATS!!

WC11,

Great write up on the game....you brought a tear to my eye as well.  It's been a great run back to the national stage this past two years, I just feel for all the Seniors who didn't get to claim the bronze and walnut...if the award could be made on who worked the hardest in the nation to get back to the top, this team  clearly was a big winner.
The Cats are back and there are dozens of guys who have watched and waited for their time.  I know we loose a lot of key players in 2011 but there were also many Freshman and Sophomores who got a lot of playing time this year.  I think the future is bright in 2011 once again.
LEAVE NO DOUBT

WC11,

I'm happy to be a ditto head.  Your write up as usual was great and the final outcome of course disappointing to us all.  Thanks for all you've done to help connect us to and support and promote the Wildcats for years.

That last series to tie the game at 17 apiece was a Championship caliber drive of which we will see many more like it in the coming years.
Thank you Wildcats for another outstanding season. And thanks to ALL the NWC posters for making this board as good as it is. As always the discussions were lively yet civil. To you posters; Enjoy the off season. To you players; Quit reading this board and get back in the weight room, you have another National Championship to bring home to the CATDOME! ;)

KEEP THE FAITH !

GO CATS!

Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!

Any chance you could post the url on the board so some of us Tommie fans could read it too. It sounds like a very nice read... Thx in advance
