Also congrats to Paul Nishizaki for making the 2nd team.  (and congrats to several other NWC players----conference looks to be well represented!)
Go Cats!

So D3football.com didn't make Boehme share his 1st team ALL-WEST REGION with 2 other quaterbacks?  Shocking..... ::)

Congrats to those 5 Linfield standouts and the other NWC players as well.

Stay off the basketball board? That's all I got going for me as a Pirate fan...well that and the rest of the sports that will most likely bring home another All-Sports trophy.

On a serious note, I've been away from the area/programs for awhile now and have very little inside info anymore. Sorry. Oh well, still fun to come on here and read about the next great thing coming out of McMinville (I thought Oregon was gonna use that town as a lindfill??)...I see that B Press is still too nice and really not a lot of activity from anyone other than Linfield? Guess I didn't miss much!

And WC11, I never doubted Boehme...Scharer is another story

And my travels have brought me to dislike St. Thomas...I was pulling for you guys

I hereby vow to the busy people at d3football.com you will hear nothing more from me about All-Whatever teams this season.

(This vow is for the 2010 football season only. All vows are subject to change without notice. All vows require a response to be valid and activated.)

Appreciate it. Think Linfield fared well this year.

Pat,

Great Call with Ryan Younker onto the all Region Team. He got Shafted in the ALL SCIAC Selections.

Notice that WWW had running backs for Player of the Year in the West Region four of the last five years.    Coincidence that they have been to five straight Stagg Bowls?

AND they were impact players as freshman, George.
Singed in my mind is that 99 yard run by the Beav in the Stagg and the Levell-headed hit the pile, bounce back to the edge and gone run that beat us last year.

Remember that we had back-to-back All America quarterbacks and it's a hard formula to mess with.

I remember it was the running of Riley Jenkins with the air Elliott that gave us the edge in 2004.
No run in 2005 and we can't leap UWW.

I say tap that Long Beach Poly connection NOW.

I miss Trevor Scharer.  Not as much as Whitworth fans, mind you, but still.

ADvantage Catdome: Thank You Catdome Class of 2010

These are outstanding, 11. What a classy bunch of guys to take the time to write those, and to put that much thought into them, especially at the end of the season when they had finals coming up. Thank you.

Pat, nice job on the All-Region Teams. That had to be a lot of work. The recognition means more when there are not 95 guys on each team, too.
