[Thanks Badger!  Good info there.  So are we either talking Wesley or NC?

I'm sorry but if that question is directed at me I don't understand it.  ???

Just asking in general.  BCP, alluded that Willamette is working on a change in their schedule that would make for a big game.  Wesley and NC have open dates that match up with Willamette's current bye week.  Just thinking out loud.

Another terrific vid 11!
My apologies for not knowing or not remembering, but when do you put these videos together?  Are these the highlight films that the team sees on the Monday after the game?  Do they still do that?

Thanks again for helping this off-season be just a tiny bit more bearable.  Catdome!

Nice catch on that one 11. Like my son always used to say, "Don't hang around the pile."

Just an aside. I was in Catalina Island last weekend. While I was walking down one of the streets I was stopped by a young lady who asked me about the Linfield sweatshirt I was wearing. She was from Tualatin. She also mentioned a person with the last name of Ray who is associated with the Wildcat baseball team. My hearing is not what it used to be and I think she said Johnny Ray. Not being familiar with Linfield's baseball team I told her I didn't know him. Anyway, pretty cool to run into someone from Oregon who knows about Linfield.  8-)

Thanks FAC.  Work on them during the season so they're ready for the team banquet.  I think one of the coaches may put together a clip using the coaches footage but I'm not 100% sure.   All of the clips have been done since December but I sit on them until now.

R&P,

Those words are so true but Hill was 15 yards away from the pile when he was done dirty.  :)

Jim Ray...over 30 years as a Wildcat Assistant Baseball coach....outfield, base-running and conditioning.  One look at this guy and the conditioning coach stuff makes sense.

You're right. A cheap shot is a cheap shot no matter where on the field it takes place. Plus K for you!

ADvantage Catdome: Player Blog: Hayden Mace "With Cancer, everything changes."

Linfield starting Center, Hayden Mace, was gracious enough to write for ADvantage Catdome with his experience in losing his younger sister, Sarah, to Leukemia in 2008 and their involvement with Doernbecher's and the Make-A-Wish foundation.  A tremendous read.

WC11 - Thanks for posting this and Hayden thanks for sharing your experience and your sisters story. My Mother is a breast cancer survivor and I can echo Hayden's point that your life gets turned upside down when a cancer diagnosis is delivered within your family.

I'm really sorry for your loss and could not imagine what your family had to go through. My family is very lucky to have my Mom with us today so everyone make sure to hold your loved ones tight, don't hold back in telling them how you feel about them, and please honor those that have passed on from cancer by living everyday to the fullest.

For one day only, Go Cats!

Well, if you're going to play a game that for all intents and purposes doesn't count for NCAA selection, might as well get some money out of it.

Yeah, you could have gave me 100 guesses and I never would have came up with Portland State.  I will say that SOU has played Portland State a few times the past few years and played a very respectful game in defeat.  I think Willamette will probably do the same.

Seems like an odd choice for Portland State.
