I feel like (Bearcat posters can help out) that he's had similar injuries in the past(?)

Not that I would want to see this happen but if CLU's QB goes down do they even have a backup that has much signficant play time?  Stats suggest not but....I'm guessing that's cause he just got to hand it off a bunch (like our backup QBs).
Go Cats!

MC,you are correct with that.our punter/qb would become the starter.played pretty well at moorepark last year but no passes this year.

A 6 point win over 4-6 Whitworth isn't exactly convincing is it? The same Whitworth team that lost to Chapman, who was one of the teams we threw 60 points on.... food for thought.

CLU would loose by 21 @ Whitworth this year.

I was pondering a Redlands vs. Lewis and Clark matchup...but that's just because I can't think of any other reasons why CLU or Linfield should win tomorrow... :)
Go Cats!

wesleydad

linfield, do your part so we can finally get this game on.  good luck tomorrow.

Boys, Boys...let's talk about my Alma Mater Villa Park H.S.leading a playoff game 49 - 7 at half.

Let's get on with this already. When ANY SCIAC team comes to the Catdome and wins a playoff game I'll be happy to enter into a discussion about who is the best team. It will be a tough game for a while, the 'Cats will pull ahead, and once again (enter SCIAC fodder team name here) will go home and ponder why beating Whittier and Chapman should have given them false hope.

Here are the combined score predictions of the D3 Top 25 Poll Panel of those who submitted predictions for the first round. Only a handful of people replied, but here's where we combined to land:

Linfield                34
Cal Lutheran        27
