The Cowboys are out of town in Boise next week. We could have a heck of a game if both teams meet in the middle at Laramie.

I'm guessing "in the middle" would be considerably east of Laramie  :)

could the ncaa REALLY not give the cats a home game? 10-0 played a much tougher 1st round game, they do deserve it(unless the west coast bias rears it ugly head again pitting the cats and kingsmen in round one was way wrong, and hopefully next year if the teams are champs again they can show some balls and send them in different directions

If you believe this check out the history of the Texas sub-bracket for the last nine years!  ;)  We have gotten used to it. ::)
Anything that you ardently desire, vividly imagine, totally believe and enthusiastically pursue will inevitably come to pass !!!

If Linfield doesn't receive a home game this coming week Id like to know why.
After checking  some things out, I found  a few interesting teed-bits.
                       W-L
Linfield............. 9-0
In region.......... 9-0
D3 games...... ...9-0

Wesley............ 9-1
In region.........*6-1
D3 games .......*6-1

D3.com rankings, the true ranking body!! Has .....
Linfield,  #5
Wesley,  #7

Well if it's a true playoff, the team with the better record, Higher ranking, more wins
and games in D3. In other words, the team more deserving of a home game is Linfield.
Tux ...out!
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

If it helps the NCAA powers-to-be, my people advise me this coming week is ideal for east coast travelers: plenty of Wild Turkey for the taking up Baker Creek Road, balmy 60 degree sunny weather with light wind out of the southwest at six forecast for Mac Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and plenty of whales camping near Depoe Bay for those wanting to experience a true Oregon discovery.

GO CATS
Lost in things I love most: the Universe, a good woman, and LINFIELD FOOTBALL

not really sure how it is west coast bias if the game ends up in dover this week.  as far as the numbers go in comparison, wesley defeated 2 scholarship schools since they could not find any d3 teams to play them, reputation scares some away.  i understand any frustration for not havng a home game especially if it would be the only game you guys get to see.  having the tougher first round opponent may hint to who was the higher seed, oh thats right they didnt seed.  the travel issues always dictate who plays who, just like the south region with the texas sub bracket.  i am just glad that they opened the purse strings this year and allowed for a much better playoff overall.  look forward to chatting with you guys this week about the game.  i will likely come over here since there are not many wesley posters and some look to avoid a hearty discussion where opinions are given.  how can i watch the replay of the linfield game, tried to find it last night but was unsuccessful?

Yeah--we like to throw out the West Coast Bias thing whenever we can....Either team is worthy of a home game this week.  But hey--you have to win be it home or away and the goal is to get to the game where nobody is home! :)
Go Cats!

To all Wesley Fans coming onto this board---fair warning, some of us Linfield Posters get a little enthusiastic and may come across as unrealistic, cocky, rude, and/or disrespectful.  Don't take us too seriously. :)
