R&P,
How do I watch the replay of Todays game?
Was great in person, but you always miss some.

Tux:
I had to leave early (family commitment), but I never logged out of the broadcast. When I returned home I clicked on "watch" and got the replay. However, I logged onto stretch internet this morning http://client.stretchinternet.com/client/linfield.portal#  clicked on the "On Demand" tab and the link was there for the game. Enjoy!  :)
Go Cats! Make it 62 in '17!

you can still get the replay--just go to the site and click "On Demand" games.

Wish it were a home game but CATDOME will travel---biggest disapointment is that I don't think Wesley does a video feed :( grrr...

Where does it say on the link that the game is AT Wesley....it will be announced at 3 pm today where the game is....it hasn't been announced yet.... as far as I've heard.

D O.C.

WTF....announcement at 3 PST? Who and the hell would know those pompous fools meant 3AM?

I expected to have to go to Delaware  but I also figured it was 50-50, I have no (0) respect for that organization - but, then , I never really had. They have their (spin) hands full of Penn State.

dad? Wesley left their conference, right? Made games harder to get, right?

To all Wesley Fans coming onto this board---fair warning, some of us Linfield Posters get a little enthusiastic and may come across as unrealistic, cocky, rude, and/or disrespectful.  Don't take us too seriously. :)

You are speaking to choir! hehehehe......  I think the fans of both teams respect eachother's programs to a high degree.  I really don't think we will see any "stomping" talk from anybody.  In the end we don't know how the game will turn out.  Each team has their strengths and weaknesses.  We don't have common opponents, so who knows how they really pair up.  And there lies the beauty of the second round game between the Wildcats and Wolverines.

As a Wesley fan, I know that the Wolverines put on one hell of a show if they minimize mistakes and keep focused on the game.  I certainly hope that team shows up on Saturday, and I really think it will, considering their history of play after lousy games.

I also think Wesley may have a slight advantage in playing unknown teams.  Linfield plays the same field each year and knows each of those teams and their ideosyncracies (tell me if I am wrong here).  Wesley plays god knows who because nobody wants to play Wesley.  Hobart is just one example.  In years past, Hartwick did the same thing.  As a result, Wesley travels the far reaches of the Eastern US to play teams from D1-AA to the USCAA to fill their schedule.  IMHO, that is of an incalculable value in planning out each game and making adjustments during the game itself.  The same goes for the players.  Film can only go so far, and for some teams, that meant no film at all!

So, I don't go into a game bragging about how Wesley will pummel some team into submission.  Each game is its own entity.   Now to find out where we play!

Teamski....I know Delaware is a fairly rural state that survives on the credit card industry hanging out there - well, those that didn't fly off to the Dakotas, so I ask, is Wesley considered an urban university being in the capital, I mean capitol.   :)

Oh hell no!  Dover has a whopping population of about 35K. The Dover NASCAR race usually hosts crowds of about 100-130K, which dwarfs our small town.  In Delaware, Wilmington is the sole true city.

Wesley is a small college that takes up three blocks plus the football/baseball fields that are about three blocks away from the campus.  Compared to most of the campuses that I have traveled to with the team, Wesley's is only the fraction of the size of most our opponent's.  It is a small school with a big team.

Pat Coleman

Wesley doesn't have video for regular-season games but we produced a video stream for them for last year's quarterfinal game at Wesley and we are working to do the same again for this game. We'll keep you guys apprised.
