D O.C.

Hey, man, it's raining.

Put your Hendrix garb back on and figure that one out.

First plus K of the day goes to........................................Bluenote.

Where's all the NCC fans.....
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

wesleydad

good luck tomorrow cats.  this has the makings of a real good one.  i will be making a hasty return from dover to see hopefully more than just the second half of this one.  the wesley game does not seem to be close to as good as last years was, that was a good one.  this one could be over real quick.

wildcat11

I'll be loading up the Canoe early and paddling to the 'Catdome as soon as possible.  Should be a great game.  Go 'Cats!  'Catdome!

Wildcat'64

Perfect weather for a Cat victory.....Cats are slippery in the rain....Birds don't like to get their feathers wet (unless you call a Seagull a Bird)....little different venue than last week in Southern California.  The frisbees will be flying thru the rain drops as the Catdome rocks!
LEAVE NO DOUBT

64, this is a bird of a different feather.  I know you are a long way from Chicago, but these Cards are used to playing in "fowl" weather.  They love the rainy, snowy, windy, cold weather.

Rumor has it that Watchdog, Bear, and the Sidekicks are headed to the 'Dome.  McMinnville may never be the same!!

Wow, I must have eaten to much Turkey, or was it a Cardinal?  :-[ I don't know? :-\

Sorry I missed 413 stopping by, always good to hear from you.
I guess I've been benched by D.O.C., I didn't make his list either M cat. That might be
a good thing, never liked being on someone's "list" unless it had an "A" at the Top.

GHC, save me a sip out of old blue, we will  be cruising in on 2 wheels (rain or shine)in plenty of time for a few throw downs.

Welcome to all the NCC fans,
Everything is pointing towards a great game.

Go Cats!
One Game at a Time!
Leave no doubt!
Only at a D3 football game could you have 2 seats on the 50 yard line (2 rows behind bluenote) and have an obstructed view!
I love D3 Football!!!

This game is extra interesting to me just because it's somebody new.  Just think how lucky NCC is to get to visit Linfield ;D ;D ;D

Good Luck Wildcats!  Now the fun starts.

Apparently the view on D3Football.com in their ATN podcast is that Linfield is ripe for an upset by NCC.

Also, in the D3Football.com article below, Jason Bailey, D3sports.com, writes that NCC is willing to pay extra to bring more staff etc. because they are anticipating a big payoff -- winning:

November 21, 2012
CCIW duo win in the air, on the ground
More news about: Elmhurst | North Central (Ill.)

An excerpt:
"And now North Central must fly to No. 3 Linfield (10-0, 6-0 NWC), which is 24-0 at home since 2009 and leads all NCAA divisions with 56 sacks this season. The Wildcats don't look invincible, however, after sneaking by Pacific Lutheran 27-24 in the first round.
Beating Linfield would be a program-defining win for the CCIW titan, which is willing to pay to make that happen.
. . . .
North Central athletic director Jim Miller said the school is spending $30,000 outside its general operating budget to transport about 20 extra people each week. Additional coaches, trainers, sports information workers and radio announcers are all included."

Should be a great game.
Does this mean that $30,000 has to be spent on Woman's athletics at North Central
to comply with title 9??

I would think they spend it on women's track as they usually send competitors to Nationals (including one of my former athletes :)) ;D

When asked why we were in Portland (both car rental and hotel) and told them our son's football game-the immediate response was "The Civil War?" Last week USC/UCLA, this week Oregon/Oregon State.
