BTW...if you didn't get your homecoming brochure and read the fine print you probably wouldn't know WC11 is getting a distinguished alumni award Friday the 4th downtown.

??? I thought he already received it by now.......I would have gave it to him a few years ago ;). Hey DOC when did you get yours ;D

Several D1 Schools showed interest in Sam Riddle. Many in Oregon consided him the states #1QB. Although the college rating service had him at #3. Early in the Season he was rated Oregon/Wash. #1 rated QB. 6'2 200 lb. strong arm, reads defenses well, can scramble and has won the wildcats MVP and Most valuable QB award at Linfields football camp.

Sam was very interested in Linfield during the winter and spring but had a late scholarship offer from North Dakota.  He didn't leave  North Dakota because of the football program but he needed to be closer to home.  He's a good ball player.

Riddle:

What do you fill empty hands wth?

I went to the hardware store to get red paint for some trim in the 'cat cave :). I asked the man for red paint, he said what color of red. I told him wildcat red.....he proceeded to look it up on the computer ;D. Never found it so we mixed it up.

#11 I just sent you something on facebook.

I don't understand.   I thought Aaron graduated two years ago??   He was terrific as a sophomore in 2009.

I'm sure there's some reasoning behind it.....   ;D

I think Aaron Williams had injury issues the last two years and somehow found a way to be eligible for one more football season.

I watched Riddle's video clips.  I'd say the man has lots of potential and am very glad that he's a Cat.  It will be very interesting to see how soon he can learn the offense and is able to compete for the starting position.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Since Riddle transfered from North Dakota would he have 3 or 4 years remaining?

Did he play?
I think he just graduated in 2013 so I don't think he has had a football season to play in......
Go Cats!

Then he would have 4 years of remaining.

My bad >:(. I didn't note they already posted the 2013 roster which has Riddle listed as freshman so Sam has 4 seasons  :).

Changing subject......Is anyone interested in a pick 'em poll of 20 games per week, could be the top twenty. lesser noted games or combination of both.

When anyone has news on videocasting of games this season could you please post it here?

Kickoff 2013 is live!

I feel like this is our best Kickoff yet: We made a nice transition to the PrestoSports platform for Kickoff last year and this year we've taken that knowledge and tweaked it. Plus we got some new writers involved and really made sure our continuing writers elevated their game. And ours. Ben Schorzman did a nice job on the previews and a feature story this year for us.

This is the only time we ask you guys for money for anything, as I'm sure you realize. It's more than 300 pages of Division III preseason football knowledge and it's the only place you can get all this stuff: Our previews, our rankings, Keith's analysis, the whole 10 yards. http://www.d3football.com/notables/2013/08/get-kickoff-2013

$11, or $7 if you still have access to a .edu email address. (Meant for active players/students and coaches but hey, we know you guys on this board are loyal to D3football.com and we appreciate it.)
